Beautiful apartment. Quiet, clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. Communication from the host was fantastic, great service and very helpful. Pity we only were in Canberra for one night. We'll definitely stay here again!

Couldn't fault it.

From the ease of picking up the keys to driving to the apartment, it was great. Parking is in a good and secure area very close to the lifts. Both of us were amazed at how beautiful the apartment was, very nicely decorated and laid out, so much already there like tea, coffee, breakfast cereals, milk etc.. loads of stuff there ready for use. Location was good, only a couple of kilometres to Canberra Central Mall, very easy travelling around. Bedrooms were very nice and had two sets of blinds, so no way the early light was coming through. Thoroughly recommended, would definitely book again.

The pool is not in fact heated it’s pretty cold in winter.

The hassle to get key from another place is car distance not walk distance, hard to find the car parking spot once in the underground car park, and the parking bay is really testing your parking skill

Kevin and Serena were warm and welcoming. You can feel their hospitality and thoughtfulness in the way they have prepared their place for your stay. They provide detailed support and puts your mind at ease- which is what you want when you are on a holiday! They have made our trip so comfortable and an absolute delight.

The reach to parking and to the apartment was a little complicated.

The facilities and arrangements were great and thanks for the breakfast arrangements also.

It was a pain having to pick up the keys and also, it would have been good to have 2 sets of keys as we went out to different locations and had to make sure we got back at the same time to be able to get into the building and unit.

There was plenty of food supplied for breakfast which was unexpected and lovely.

Key collection and drop off is couple of kms away in main city, where parking could be a challenge at times. Only one allocated car park ( though ample of visitors on premises but scattered around the car park which becomes tough to find a vacant spot)

Communication with owners was friendly and quick. The property was very modern and clean and well equipped . We appreciated the still on date food left from previous tenants for our use . Showers had good water pressures and lovely thick towels. We enjoyed the warm pool with a great view.

Everything was perfect

Exceptional and very comfortable apartment in a good location with excellent facilities. Very welcoming hosts - the beautifully decorated Christmas tree was a special touch.

Key pick up location is a bit far from where the apartment is, it's a bit confusing but not a problem for us since we're driving.

It's a lovely stay - the location is pretty convenient and the apartment is luxury.

The parking spot was small. The keys had to be collected from, and returned to, a busy area with little available parking.

The apartment was modern and clean, and was a great base for our stay. The hosts were great and checked in regularly. The supplies in the apartment were very generous, including olive oil, salad dressing, butter, breakfast cereals, cling wrap etc.

The view of the lot below looked like a shanty town but the area was quiet. If you don’t look down, it’s great. Wasn’t crazy about having to pick up the keys in another location, which was a bit awkward.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly.

Nothing that I didn't like, but I have a suggestion on the communications - to consolidate all the information except the passcodes into one email because useful information got lost due to multiple emails.

Well furnished, beautiful apartment, with appropriate amenities and very helpful hosts. We had to disturb them multiple times in the middle of the night, yet they were very courteous.
