Furniture in the room is so-so. There is a kitchen corner but no dish drainer, make us a bit uncomfortable. Wi-Fi is occasionally unstable.

Location is really GREAT! In the middle of Chinatown/Thaitown you can easily find any food you want. The place can access to Sussex rd for car/taxi, and to George rd for tram. The room is clean. Kitchenette is well prepared. Bathroom is clean. You can acquire more towels and amenities anytime at the reception desk. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Smoking was not allowed in the room which I respect that but it was not allowed even in the balcony. It was bit inconvenient to come down to ground floor all the way from 10th floor. Apart from that I found 100$ security deposit upon arrival was very unnecessary. I haven’t seen that practice in any other hotels.

The location of the property was right in the middle of city which made us easier to go around. The staffs were helpful. It’s fair enough to say that the hospitality was great.

The dining table is like a bar table with stools. This is not great for older people. Also, the room was very dark, dark curtains, dark furniture, dark carpet. Good for sleeping in, not so much otherwise. The noise from the lift was really noticeable. Also, although the parking was reasonably close, it closes at midnight and doesn't open till 8. On Sundays it closes at 11pm. This isnt great if you take your car out to a concert, or sporting event, say at Olympic Park, can't make it back in by that time and street parking is non existant. And too bad if you want to leave early, say you have a flight to catch. Also, even though you prepay in advance your parking ticket for your stay, that DOES NOT guaranree you a parking spot on your return. On two occassions I returned to park the car in the prepaid car park, it was full. Where do you park then ? On the street IF you can find a park, as everywhere is loading zones in Chinatown AND pay for parking when you have already paid for parking in the parking station. Probably better to stay somewhere else if you have your car. Or pay extra and park in the 24 hour parking a couple of blocks over.

Great location, friendly staff, very helpful making up the sofa bed when they couldn't accommodate two single beds.

Worst wifi in the world. Advertised as free wifi but kept dropping out. Also confusion about check-out times advertised in room and by text message. says join Accor loyalty program for 11am checkout. But then in app says late check out only available after 10 stays.

Great reception staff. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel looks great after some renovations. We really enjoyed our stay at Mantra Sydney Centre!
