Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Just with the smoking area, if it was raining you would be out in the rain.

To have a security deposit of $150 taken out on my card when there is not even a minibar with consumables. A $1 would have been sufficient when there is an issue they can charge the damage still to the card. In particular as the whole motel was in need of renovation. Travelling business customer cannot afford to get a deposit taken every time they stay somewhere and then staying on top of when the amount is freed up again.
It was a nice restaurant within the motel.

Normal motel. Nothing to complain about. The gym they offer is simple but enough and it is also very nice and safe around. I will go there again whenever I need a place for one or two nights.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the TV in my room was old and only had a few working channels. Wouldn’t have mattered on an overnight stay but 3 nights it wasn’t great
Great location! Walking distance to a group of food shops. Shuttle service to Brisbane Entertainment Centre was fantastic!

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Unfortunately we were only there for less than 8 hours so limited experience of the property, kids would have liked to try the pool!

Noisy neighbours at 4am (drinking party?). Security chain on door broken and one light not working. Otherwise no real issues. Would have preferred later check-out although they did give me one hour for free (10am seems standard locally?)
In transit overnight. Stayed here before so know the hotel. Upgraded (and well appointed) room at no cost which was appreciated. Very comfortable bed although thanks to jet lag and late arrival I did not have a great sleep. Great breakfast (although Is this expensive at A$28?).

It would be good to organise a pestkontroll. We had to kill a big Cockroache when we entred the room.
It is close to Restaurants and Shops. It is a good stop one the way north. We could check in till 11.30pm.

Room service could’ve cleaned our room a bit more then it was cleaned daily.
We stayed for 3 nights and was happy with the overall experience. All the staff was so nice and helpful especially the ladies in the restaurant. Our room was good and there was enough space for my 1 year old and 3 year old to feel comfortable.

There are no changes that we can recommend
The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Assumed we were heavily jet lacked (luckily not true), however, due to this they explained everything well. Very close to where we ended up picking up the motorhome which was handy. When we were waiting for our lift, we were able to use the pool facilities which were excellent. The other half liked that there was a shelter at the pool side The spa bath was fab especially after a long travel day.

Restaurant was shut on a public holiday, found that a wee bit strange for a hotel and it changed our plans. Everything else was great.
Location was handy to the airport. The room was an apartment style hotel room, spacious, modern and comfortable. Staff were great and check-in was smooth.

If your a light sleeper recommend not to stay in the rooms in 300's double storey apartment block as you will be listening to traffic for most of the night especially the end one next to road. Unfortunately we had civil work below our windows on last night exceeding the noise level and did not stop untiil late in the night.

A better chair to relax in after a long day of training. Lazy boy would be great! I wish the breakfast buffet was hotter, most things were luke warm.
Plenty of room in the unit. Restaurant was lovely and very easy to get a table Wait staff were very helpful and approachable. Rooms were very clean.

Bed kept moving threw the night. And the random window next to the bathroom don't have a shade on them and from sunrise Ur blinded awake. The breakfast at the restaurant on site was pathetic and expensive, coffee was mediorcre most of the food was cold or hard as a rock.
Loved the staff always so accommodating. Rooms are usually quiet clean and mostly soundproofed
