My kids enjoyed the stayed at this motel. The staff was very much helped. When check-in, we found the room not clean properly. Once we approached the staff, she was quick in response, and even she offered to change room. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The sofa felt like you were sliding off.

Great amenities in the apartment. However, the spa bath jets didn't function. Nice and clean throughout. We retired to watch TV on the bed as the sofa wasn't that comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets were welcome.

The room was comfortable, however very dated bathroom and overall the room could have done with a professional makeover. Bathroom sink had a crack through it, and light switch in toilet was cracking and didn't look safe. Toilet inlet pipe badly corroded and green...TV standby light and microwave lights are so bright. We had to cover them up to sleep.

Friendly staff at check-in. Room came with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Cutlery and real plates and bowls. Makes a difference when you eat in your room. Bed was comfortable and clean. Position is close to city centre and shopping.

Nothing not to like

Very comfortable, clean and roomy accommodation. Took advantage of the onsite laundry which was a convenient card operated machines. Staff were lovely and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in Bunbury and at the Bunbury apartments. Everything was clean and the staff we friendly and helpful. The only downfall was it was a distance from the main city centre.

As a short stay option, I wasn't expecting to need shampoo/conditioner packed. But the facilities did offer soap. So that was good.

I liked the size of the room and bed for the price. There was a TV available to watch shows on and in all was good quality for the price I paid.

For its function its an ok place. Not particularly quiet with people walking past the rooms, but not uncomfortable noisy with sound coming through the walls. The bedroom does not have any windows, so makes one feel a bit boxed in, but it does open to the more living room. For a longer stay I'd want something in a more attractive location.

The room was adequate for an overnight stay. Central to Bunbury, comfortable bed and clean. Had comfortable couch and adequate kitchen facilities. Bathroom was impressive. Good air-conditioning.

I felt a bit misled and would not have booked this property. I have driven past it numerous times and it looks great from the road, with the side newer units. I wasn't expecting to be out the back in a old part of the hotel (1970's motel). Great big 12cm peeling paint in the bathroom cracked electrical surrounds on the light fitting in the bathroom. Couldn't close the bathroom window to block out the noise of the noisy neighbours as its permanently fixed open to stop mould I'm assuming.

Clean. Great large Smart TV, A decent fridge freezer. Comfy bed. Great pool area with BBQ and extra fridge freezer. plenty of tables and chairs.

The quietness and locality of convenience! I required to attend a dentist and mine was right next door! The bed was comfortable, the room was lovely!
