It's so bloody noisy. The bar music I could forgive but the people playing basketball until past midnight when you're staying with a young family was just annoying.

Villas are very modern and clean. Easy check in with thw lock box.

Too a little while to find the villa as one of the numbers had fallen off the wall to find the right cabin. Music was rocking until late afternoon the tavern. Good if you want to join in but if you’re trying to sleep, may take a bit longer to fall asleep.

Location was next to the Bundalong Tavern which was great for dinner and drinks . Yummy wood fire pizza and great atmosphere at the Tavern. Two pools to use and easy walk back to accommodation

Open bins and rubbish in walkways and common areas. Especially in the heat. Swimming in the pool right next to the bins was sometimes unpleasant. Maybe consider have these in central spots around the park or tucked down the side of villas as opposed to right outside the doors.

Staff were very accomodating- offering an upgrade when they were we were travelling with 2 kids to give more space in common areas and bedrooms. Awesome pub and great food.

Bathroom light was blown, only the heat lamp worked. There was dust and dirt in the villa.

Location. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Even though there were a couple of things that we didn't expect, we still loved the villa, and will definitely come back.

The only negative was that we booked it for 7 people. There was a brand new sofa lounge, which is great. However, there were no spare pillows or sheets for it. So the 7th person slept there with none of the above

was very noisey music played way to late to midnight on the 3 nights we stayed was great music but a 10.30 cut off would be great as with a family both my kids could not sleep or either could us i no its a tavern but as all accomodation is new & seems to be the main part of the buiseness & needs to take place in respecting the paying customers as we cant make niose after 10 pm but tavern can just hope you's can get the balance right because you's do have something special

given it was winter, it was good that we were told in advance about the lack of indoor living space. it’s probably the only thing I’d love to see different: or some kind of communal area. we were a big group spread over 8+ cabins and given the weather it wasn’t easy for us to hang out.

the villas were comfortable. loved having the jumping pillow and basketball courts for the kids. great location for Rutherglen wineries. tavern food was excellent.

I thought that pub meals were average this time round, but maybe that was due to being so busy.

We liked that our cabin was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery , pots and pans, and glassware. We enjoyed the pool area.

The walls were scuffed up so badly that I had to clean them , I couldn’t stand staying their without cleaning them. I have arachnophobia , spider webs everywhere in upstairs alfresco chairs table sliding door

fair bit of crumbs on the floor needed a vacuum - but very minor not criticism but a playground of some sort for kids in future will be amazing!

Lots coffee but not really fitted out with all the little extras one likes to have. Needs more comfortable chairs in kitchen area downstairs - chairs with padding. Price was $50 per night excessive for what is offered. Downstairs aircon difficult to use, with wildly incorrect temperature reading. Two sliding doors had big scrapes or got stuck when trying to open.

Two bedrooms upstairs were quite nice and having second toilet up there good. But downstairs kitchen area cramped for size.

we had a distasteful incident where the owners dogs invaded the Tavern trying to attack a patrons dog , which was sitting quietly on a lead outside. the dogs knocked a small toddler off his seat and thru the railing onto the ground. resulting in extreme shock to the little boy and a large graze and scratches down his thigh. plus a complete disruption to all other patrons.

We were a party of 18 and we were able to stay in close proximity to each other directly next to the pool.
