The noise! If you want a quiet place to stay, don't stay here! So very noisy from the music coming from the pub next door, to live music being played for the diners in the laneway, then the garbo's in the morning and much more. The wifi worked on day one then didn't work again, so very annoying. Some effort should be made to provide guests with reliable wifi. I'm not sure if the air conditioner has been cleaned but it was full of dust in the vents and then there are two portable fans in the cupboard, if you have allergies watch out, they were so clogged with dust it was just gross.

The location was the best thing for me, so close to everything plus restaurants at the doorstep, the beach a very short walk away and an easy walk to everything in town. The room is quite large, plenty of space and although old and dated, was clean and tidy. Having Netflix was a great bonus, thank you.

The location is fantastic and the hosts are very friendly. The apartment is really great - a little kitchen, clean bathroom and plenty of cupboards. I was by myself, but my partner and daughter could have easily come with me.

Finding the accommodation was a bit confusing, but found it eventually. Rubbish trucks in the morning, has to be done but just a heads up it's very noisy and early.

The location right in the middle of town. Everything is usually quiet by 10pm. Clean accommodation and was good for a 2 night stay. Had a problem but this was sorted ASAP

It was noisy with the trucks collecting rubbish in the mornings. There is music playing in laneway on Friday and Saturday nights which we enjoyed but if you are after a quiet stay, this probably isn't the accommodation for you.

Small ant problem - could benefit from so fly spray. Staff from beach hotel outside look directly into room/balcony - boys whistling at us girls which was annoying! Shelves in shower wonky and products fell onto floor.

There was a pungent smell coming from either the pipes in the bathroom or the kitchen for our stay and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Upon check out, we opened the laundry closet and realised the smell was coming from the piping here or the laundry machine. Hopefully this is fixed in the future.

Rob was a superb host and the location was fantastic! Right next to the main street, restaurants, and the beach :) Parking was included and secure.

Everything was great! The only thing we wished for at one point was a broom and mop so we could clean up our sandy/wet messes more easily. But there was a dustpan and brush we just didn't find at first.

Location was excellent - could not have asked for a better spot. The decor was really cool. Kitchen had everything we needed. We made good use of both balcony spaces. Absolutely perfect for 2 friends doing the Byron Bay triathlon.

The wifi didn’t really work unless you were outside or by the door, which wasn’t a huge deal for us. We noticed ants a few times throughout the stay, so kept our food in the fridge.

One night it was a tad noisy from a hotel nearby but it didn't really bother us as it was expected since we were situated right in the middle of the action of Byron Bay :-)

The location was fantastic, close to the beach and so many food options at our front door. It was easy to collect keys to get in and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The host was easily contactable as well.
