Given the age of the building like anything maintenance needs doing, there were some lose tiles on the floor however they weren’t a hazard in any way. However couldn’t fault how clean the whole building was.

Excellent location, close to amenities & beach. Apartments well catered for your stay, Bruce & Sue were so helpful & accomodating. We would definitely come back & stay.

Cosmetically the apartment is still in the 90s and due for an update - minor issues such as busted blinds, locks that did not work on toilets. A few items need refurbishing - the cleaners had not cleaned under beds for some time - however that did not detract from our stay

The location is superb with everything within walking distance - beaches; restaurants, kids playgrounds, supermarkets, public transport, medical. The apartment 3 bedroom was huge and with 4 kids we never felt cramped, great cooking facilities made mealtimes easy - most important the airflow throughout the apartment was great - 3 balconies a bonus, pool and spa fab

ok this is actually a bit of a game changer for me personally, others might not worry about it too much, anyway - it would be nice to have the apartment provide dishwasher/laundry powder/rubbish bags/extra towels to suit the time booked (and amount of people) - one packet of each, one rubbish bag and a couple of nescafe gold sachets feels a bit stingy. Its a drag to have to go to shops to buy cleaning products just for a few nights.

The location of course! close to everything and literally a block from the most gorgeous beach, and fabulous restaurants and cafe around the corner. Very quiet considering in the middle of Broadbeach and a wee park across the road made it feel lush when you walked outdoors. The accommodation was roomy and breezy, and met our expectations. Sue and Barry were lovely and we enjoyed staying here.

The outdoor furniture could use an update.

The apartment was much more modern inside than the pics on booking.com, it was a pleasant surprise. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The pool and games room were a hit with the fussy teens. 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the surf club and shopping center.

We enjoyed our stay and we couldn't have enough with the beach so the hotel management allowed as to use there facility after we checked out, we went back to the beach for a swim so we needed a place to take a shower and change.

We were on one of the top floors and during our stay high winds off the sea buffeted the building. Our apartment was quite noisy in this wind, with windows rattling and whistling due to gaps.

Great location for a family to stay in Broadbeach. Not too far from shops, the beach and walkways. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. Park across the road for kids to play in. The pool, spa, gardens and BBQ were very clean.

Not much of a view but, as the balcony was quite narrow, we didn't spend any time there.

Withing easy walking distance to shops, convention centre, restaurants, beach etc. Manager was very helpful and quickly responded to any requests. Appartment was clean, comfortable, had plenty of storage and everything worked well. Good wifi and a smart TV.

The alarm for smoke went off a numbse of times a day. Couldnt turn off. The omly reasoncfor 8 and not 10 was for the alarm going off.
