My only comment was the food served on the 2 occasions I ordered room service. The menu has a great selection but unfortunately, the salmon was dry and my steak was tough. This may have just been unfortunate for me, however for the price and, after a long day travelling and at work, you look forward to a meal being cooked for you and delivered. I did notify reception and was informed management would review and be in touch with regards to a refund of the meals. This never eventuated and I never heard from the management which is a disappointment. It doesn't put me off choosing Century Inn in the future, but I do believe in good customer service, open disclosure and feedback.

The facilities were superb, comfortable, inviting and a great size. All the staff I encountered were lovely. It has a restaurant and room service is an option which is so appealing when you work FIFO. Highly recommend and will and have done so to my colleagues.

Room 11 was next to a meeting room. The air-conditioner was on/off all night and did interrupt our sleep.

Although I stayed 2 nights I had only 1 biscuit for the entire stay, there should have been one per night. Coffee mug and plate were only rinsed and not thoroughly cleaned- I only hope they had been cleaned properly between guests.

Breakfast was poor. The toaster did not work very well on the first morning - the bread needed about five revolutions before it was even slightly warm. The second morning the staff brought in a couple of normal toasters but the power was not working, so for $18 I had a slice of bread and butter and vegemite. plus some canned fruit.

The room was enormous, there was a coffee pod machine and the bed was comfy, although a bit softer than I am used to. The bathroom was spacious, very clean and well equipped.

Great breakfast and fantastic value, prompt service and the rooms are wonderful for the price. Far better than I was expecting, I will definitely add this to my permanent list of places to stay in the future.

Mini bar was woeful. One can of drink and a milk for 2 people. No cold water. The clothes dryer needs replacing and a second washing machine and dryer would have saved us waiting up so long for our turn to use them.

Having flown from Ireland the previous day, came to breakfast at 9.05am. Had cereal/fruit and asked a young staff member for coffee (the pot was empty) to be told that breakfast finished at 9.00am. Made do with a tub of yoghurt and was surprised when another staff member asked if I wanted cooked breakfast. I declined and went into Traralgon for a coffee before business.

The size of the fridge, if you book a room with a kitchen you need space to put food.

The space in the room was excellent, and having a kitchen helped with costs.

Continental breakfast choice was limited and freshly made coffee would be appreciated. However a good selection for cooked breakfasts.

Room was comfortable and well equipped. Mattress was very soft but OK once you got used to it. A good restaurant for evening meals. Very convenient for M1. We were happy with the hotel so stayed an extra night.

Breakfast with room service was lovely and plentiful. Room was very comfortable just the traffic noise from road as was near set of lights on a busy highway - which is only a problem as we live in very rural setting with no road noise at night. Water was lovely and hot for shower.

The room was spacious. Bed very comfortable. It was a shame that in a spacious double room, there was only one comfortable chair - so one of us was reduced to watching TV on the bed or sitting on a straight office chair. This is not the only motel which has not thought this through - two people, two comfortable chairs! Nice to have shower caps and small cakes of soap, rather than just the dispensers. Restaurant very pleasant - food good, breakfasts very nice but very big...

The place needs a renovation, there were buckets under the ceiling in the hallway to catch water from leaks. There was no issues with leaks in the room and the room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable, but I did feel it was about $20-30 over priced. However, given the alternatives in town I was very happy with my choice and will stay there again next time I am in Traralgon.

The staff were excellent, quick and easy check in and check out process, very convenient parking and I liked the system for how to access the building after hours, it was convenient and yet still secure.
