We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI noticed the people who live there are extremely rude! The dog barking across from our room all the time.. The wet dog smell when walking up the stairs. Dog hair everywhere on the stairs. Aircons not working in the rooms. Bad wifi service. The pool and spa looked dirty and smelled funny On the oven, there is no picture of the settings. It took me 40 minutes to get the right setting to cook. Alot of cracks in the roof and walls Not suitable for a family with disability children
I loved how close it is to everything. Especially walking down to the beach and parks. Heaps of restaurants in walking distance

AustraliaThe apartment was “clean” but when you travel with a one year old you get down on their level and really see that the apartment was not actually clean. The vents are full of dust and grime. The floors grout is black when once was light grey. The fans are full of dust and the sliding doors as well. I think we left the place cleaner than when we arrived. If you can’t do stairs ask for lower level apartment.
The location is great. Short stroll to everything you need and the beach. Murray was very welcoming and helpful. The pool is clean and open til late which is nice. It’s a comfortable stay for adults with or without older children.

New ZealandNo big deal, but needed body wash, shampoo, washing powder. We thought it was supplied and ended up going without for the first couple days. There was one little bar of soap supplied. Dont believe it is stated anywhere, but maybe i missed it.
Considering the minimal cost to stay for seven nights, my expectations were not very high. However, i was very suprised and impressed with our apartment and the service we received . I would stay there again. Bedrooms good size, kitchen nice and big with everything we needed, had an ensuite. It was tidy. Close to eating places. Warren was very nice and hospitable.

AustraliaThe smoking/constant smell of smoke, I get what the other reviews are talking about. The apartment in question are permanent residents, and they literally smoke 24/7. When I saw the reviews on this, I was very hesitant to stay due to my sons asthma, plus I hate the smell of dirty ciggie smokers. Upon arrival, the first people I saw were the chain smokers on the balcony. I met Murray (nice bloke), and he showed me to the room. Entering the stairwell, I knew I had drawn the lucky smokers pocket of the apartments. The stench of smoke flows out the vents in the laundry, toilet & bathroom. So you need to keep these doors shut 24/7. Bedrooms are opposite this, so you still get the smell here and there depending how hard the smokers below are puffing that night. If you smoke, you shouldn't have many issues. I enjoyed the room and the location. The lack of clean air was a huge letdown, but we were out most of the day and used apartments just to sleep, so we got by.
Close to theme parks, decent size apartments. Room had a DVD player with a nice variety of DVDs. There is a pool and spa, but we didn't use it. It wasn't until my last night that I saw a family use it. Murray was helpful and always greeted us on passing. Told us where all the local eateries/shops were. I hope for Murray's sake, the lifespan of the smokers is short. It's a shame he/and other tenants need to deal with that. Being on the main road, the noise gets loud but there's double glazing etc. Noise was only noticeable when doors were open.
