No Wi-Fi. This was advertised but could easily be added and it really detracted from the experience. Also the back door couldn’t be locked. We sent an email to the owner about the back door; no reply. We saw a maintenance guy emptying the trash and asked about the back door door, and he said they knew and we shouldn’t worry because it is so safe there!

Great location, just outside the National Park, and walking proximity to town center. On site parking.

would have been handy if there was a washing machine. Stairs were steep and narrow. pillows too soft. bedside light was broken (no globe!)

Location was great , place was clean and comfortable. Area was quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. enjoyed the garden

The wood floor was oily throughout the kitchen area making it slippery. Not sure if it was the owners using a polish to clean it - but we had to wipe away the oil when we got there. Otherwise the house was clean. It is a wooden house, - the sound proofing between the top floor and the bottom floor was poor.

I give this 7.5 stars. Location is excellent for exploring the nearby Freycinet national park. There is also a general store, self-service petrol pump, and cafes/eateries 5mins around the corner. The house itself is basic, and can accommodate a family of four, it has a large living area upstairs - with some board games to keep everyone entertained. TV reception is patchy and the TV keeps skipping upstairs. It has 2 bathrooms - very handy, and basic toiletries supplied. Beds were comfy and had electric blankets for those cooler nights.

Dust under the beds, needs to be vacuumed more often.

Perfect location, excellent boat parking, was great entertaining friends sitting on the deck. Walking distance to both shops.

We booked for 2 people are it was assumed we are a couple and only one double bed was included in price, even though we booked whole house. They wanted an extra fee for using a second bed!

The house is centrally located and all basic requirements are covered.

the property is tired and needs care and maintenance… there was a layer of dust under beds and outside, cobwebs everywhere… only one fan…. and house was very hot…..heater out of order…(not that we needed it) lawns not mown…

I was not sent an email with the door key code. Fortunately there was a number to ring and they obtained it for me. The house was cold downstairs in particular, with inadequate bedding and poor heating. We requested and were supplied with one extra blanket each. Advised that the heater needed servicing.

Location was further from the beach than the photos indicated but quite well equipped and had some views from upstairs.

No wifi. No hanging or drawer space in downstairs bedroom. Heater in kitchen area took us a long time to get it to work and it needed cleaning. No soap container in shower or heating in downstairs bathroom shower.

Good location for access to Freycinet NP. Ample parking. Quiet location. Good size fridge and freezer.

Nothing not to like about this wonderful place!

The house was more than we could have hoped for, such great value for money, a fun, cosy home for our short stay in Coles Bay! Self check in was a dream.

It was perfect so could not fault it in any way.

Loved everything, such a beautiful property, clean, lots of room, so comfortable, felt very privileged to stay there. cannot reccomend it enough. Only complaint is that we actually had to leave it after two glorious days. Felt like we could live there forever.

Everything outstanding, heating, huge verandahs, huge comfortable living spaces, brilliant design, inside finished in all wood. view and washing machine. Easy walk to beach and shop
