Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It would have been good if the reception area could have sold some household items, especially milk & bread.
The cabin was neat, clean & tidy and any issues were quickly addressed by the maintenance staff. The Park was also very suitable for children, although we didn't have any this time.

The bed sagged in the centre, the bottom sheet was not fitted and therefore kept coming out. The quilt was not in a cover, but rather had a sheet over the top. The cabin smelt when we walked in and we had to air it out. There were hairs on the pillow case. The cabins are quite dated and seem to be wiped over rather than thoroughly cleaned as the top of the cupboards were sticky.
The location was close to the centre of Clare and not too far from our event so it was in a good spot.

Everything was in good order and they provided spray for the wasps so there wasn’t anything to dislike.
The property was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was our second stay and we will stay again when we are able to.

Hot water system in the cabin wasn't working properly. Barely two people could take showers.

We were disappointed to hear the pool was not available to use due to a new pool being built next to it. The cabin was tired looking, needs upgrading. Also, we were not notified of being without power for a day when it was obviously preplanned to replace their fuse box. We were notified 2 hrs after the power outage started. If we knew about these in advance, we would have stayed elsewhere.
It was so close to the bike trails so that was a plus

Given it was a basic cabin & very cheap, I can't really complain about anything, though the cabin could probably do with some general repairs to infrastructure
Late booking for one night. We chose basic cabin, as wouldn't be spending much time there. It had all we needed for our stay, but I wouldn't book a basic cabin again - it was too basic for my liking! However, beds were comfy & it was clean.& cheap.

Wifi password was not correct, couldn’t connect. Pool was under maintenance which was only conveyed to us 2 days prior, they only gave advantages to the kids ( free buggy ride) but nothing for adults.

We realise it was a budget cabin, but when we moved around the living area everything creaked, squeaked and groaned, the floor, the cabinet surrounding the fridge...very noisy when trying to creep to the bathroom through the night.
Bedding was warm and comfortable, shower was very good, everything supplied ie cups, glasses etc was in good condition.

the smaller hallway bunks are very small & skinny and less comfortable. And the blinds weren’t able to close properly and badly placed for the bunk beds.
The motel room was well equipped and the main bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The location right next to a bush at the back of the park was quiet and we would hear the birds!

Bedroom and bathroom were very compact and awkward for a larger person. Dripping taps in the kitchen and bathroom became annoying. I noted it on the feedback sheets.
Lounge and dining area were spacious. Cooking facilities were adequate. Quiet and a nice setting among the trees.
