You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A dryer would be handy in the colder/wetter months. Everything else was great.
The decor was lovely. In the kitchen there was everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds and ample bed linen and blankets if required. Location close to all activities. Beautiful views from the living area.

The hot water does run out so be mindful and make sure no one takes a long shower. No clothes dryer, generally we don’t use it; but it poured with windy rain constantly and we all got drenched, that’s when a dryer would have been handy.
Very nice view, easy parking and very close to the shops! Kitchen had everything, aside from a dishwasher. Paula was wonderful and very responsive.

The location was fabulous - walking distance to everything! The bedroom and sleeping arrangements were fabulous for us as a family of five. Paula was the most hospitable and welcoming host. A really great 2 night stop over and will definitely be back.

Driftwood was in an excellent location with a great view. Very roomy with 2 separate living areas and bathrooms. Full sized kitchen with all you need to cook for a family if not eating out in one of the easy to walk to eateries. Hosts were very responsive to any enquiry and the town house was very clean with a very comfy bed.

Clean, tidy, well appointed and suited our needs perfectly as a base for five days to explore the local area. Paula is a wonderful host. We can certainly recommend staying at Driftwood. We WILL be back.

It’s a very quiet place except for short periods during traffic passing through times which did not detract from views or enjoyment at all.
It is an ideal location with magnificent views of the lakes. Spotless inside and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Beds were super comfy and the house has been decorated very tastefully; it feels very welcoming !! Loved the little balconies!

Paula was friendly to talk with and accommodated us with our boat also. The view is amazing, the location is perfect to park up the car and walk everywhere. The apartment is comfortable for bigger groups and having different zones is perfect for a family

The location of the townhouse was great, within walking distance to shops, cafes, bridge over to the main beach etc. Quiet location even though it was on the esplanade. Just happened to be a carnival set up across the road from our place which was a bit unfortunate as it spoiled our water view but it was ok. Beds were very comfortable too. The host Paula was very pleasant to talk to and allowed us a late checkout which was very much appreciated.
