Always a pleasure staying here. Rooms are well sized and clean, staff are great and the location is perfect. Not much more we can ask for - probably why it's our 3rd time staying at this property in the last 12 months! Can't wait to be back!

Our room faced vacant lots of land that are being built on. Construction noise started early and went all day. The hotel should advise guests that this is occurring so they are aware.

This property is centrally located in walking distance to all amenities. The spa was amazing- well worth a visit.

For $240 the hotel should have supplied breakfast. Room 231 shower and toilet light not functioning.

Only a tiny bit of milk to have with coffee. No biscuits. No toothbrush. We weren't planning on staying there.so we didn't take anything.

Kids in the pool at times. Think the area needs to be monitored a bit more. A bit of noise from restaurant flows upstairs. Apart from that it was excellent. Will be booking again.

The restaurant is inside the hotel and as a paying guest of the hotel I was not able to book the meal onto my room. This was not made clear from the outset and we did not have our wallets with us. It was a little inconvenient

The room was spacious, modern and very clean. The pools were amazing and the restaurant was very good as well. Staff were very welcoming when I collected our keys, but that was the last time I saw any staff other than at the restaurant. We only stayed one night, so I don't think that a good indicator of staff performance.

I couldnt get the TV to work as it just kept coming up saying no signal, it was late anyway so didnt bother me not having TV as it was only a short stay but just wanted to give you the heads up to look at it for the next person

I checked in late and staff had left after hours check in keys for me and then i left early the next morning but had a quick dip in the pool which was great. this place really feels like a tropical resort and cant wait to stay for longer next time

Very happy with our little getaway. This hotel is stunning, the rooms are so comfortable and lush, the pool area is so nice especially with the warm spa, heaps of food options just walking distance!

That we had to outsource a location for our massages as the Spa Villa was closed due to staff shortages.

We loved the relaxing resort feel which is exactly what we wanted for our babymoon. The heated pool was a nice bonus as the weather made a turn from hot to cooler.
