2nd bed was needed & not prepared. Couldn't work out sofa bed in living area. Found folding bed in an ottaman which we moved to living room as we are brother & sister so need 2 different sleeping spaces. Found sufficient linen in a cupboard. Some instructions on the sofa bed and on location of linen would have helped. If 2 people are booked you can't presume they will share a bed or a room if there are 2 rooms.

Excellent location, close to city centre with off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen, Comfortable bed in spacious bedroom. Bathroom had all essentials. Heater which we needed even though it was early March.

No instructions anywhere relating to how to use anything... including the washing machine (which bangs around horrendously when spinning). No suggestions re: restaurants, supermarket, buses etc. Also, I asked for an extra bed, there was a sofa bed that we couldn't work out and also a single bed thing in the bedroom that was not made up for us. We had to search around for sheets etc. Apartment could have been cleaner.

The property was well appointed but needed a couple of small sharp knives for chopping and more tea towels, and some more local information (nearest shop, restaurants,recycling etc)

If the washing machine had a door, we could of used it. The tap in the vanity in the bathroom you have to open up more than needed, as otherwise the water won’t reach the sink. You can hear the people that use the apartment above you and walking the stairs.

We were able to drop off our bags before check-in time, which was a great help. The apartment has character which we liked. A starter pack was available, coffee machine to make nice coffees. Apartment is situated more backwards from the road.

The washing machine was broken and the host did not respond to enquiries. The bathroom was not particularly clean and there was no bath mat or foot towel. heating in the bedroom was broken

Cleanliness was questionable. Stains on the bedsheet and quilt cover. Bath tub not well cleaned. Bath towels were aged and had stains on them. House was poorly ventilated and unable to open any of the windows. No air-conditioning and no fans provided. Bed uncomfortable, sunken on the left.

Two open fireplaces that hadn't been blocked off. Not just a worry with our cat but also letting in lots of cold air. Sofa.bed isn't a comfortable seat but.would benefit from a big soft bolster for the back.

Being able to have our cat with us! Bedroom was very nice. Place had all the amenities we needed.

Enjoyed Hobart It is not for elderly people we are in our 70s and found getting up the steps hard . It would be okay for younger people. It was much smaller the kitchen and sitting area was very small. Bedroom and bed were great. But we needed ground floor level.

The messy yard. There were toys and rubbish scattered around the backyard. The barbecue area was unable to be used. Not dog friendly. There were cooked bones in the side garden which was dangerous. Some cutlery was dirty and there was no detergent for the dishwasher

Central and with free parking. If walking it is up a very steep hill. So we soon found a good bus service. Helpful and pleasant manager. Checkout was 12 noon which was helpful.

Close to centre of Hobart but on top of a hill so the 5 minute walk into Hobart was good but at 68 years old and a faulty heart i could not walk up the hill to get home, so it was a walk into Hobart but an $8 Uber home, and the child living beside and above the apartment was a noisy 24 hour a day nightmare for us
