Paul is super responsive and helpful whenever you need him. It seems he has gone to great lengths to make this cozy home so lovely. Everything you need and we were even allowed to bring our cat, which was awesome. We stay in Noosa all the time and I do not think I will be booking anywhere else but here now. Thank Paul, you helped make her birthday amazing!

The spa was right outside the front door and incredibly noisy, but we figured out how to turn it off (push the big red button). Driveway is a bit of a scapefest if you own a sports car 😡

Nice big apartment in a quiet location, easy walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction. Kitchen was well equipped. Smart TV. Full laundry setup. Secure off street parking. Loads of room.

Great quiet location easy to find, Junction shops just down the road, secure parking for your car, fully self contained apartment. We were able to have our dog Moe with us and Paul was always quick to answer. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you Paul

Beautiful and spacious villa close to shops and restaurants in a quiet location. Very clean with everything we needed. Our host, Paul was very helpful and accommodating when our flight was delayed. Highly recommend.

The bed was too soft. Sound insulation from neighbor upstairs weren't so good.

Good location, 10 minutes walk to the junction, 5 minutes drive to the head, and 10 minutes drive to the ville. Host Paul is very friendly. Apartment is pet friendly. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake.

No aircon in the bed room however if you left the door open aircon from living room came in.

Location was close to shops including an IGA and a short drive away from the main beach / Hastings Street. Kitchen had everything you needed, really appreciate that there was stock standard staples like oil and S&P. Was a lovely gesture to have bottle sparkling and still water and a few soft drinks in the fridge. Very comfortable stay and communication with Paul was very easy. Would recommend.

Easy check in, communication was great. Very clean and thoughtfully laid out. Unfortunately the weather was stormy which dampened our first visit to Noosa. We’ll just have to book another trip!

Perfect stay, will definitely return! The unit was spacious and clean, everything you need is there, kitchen and fridge was generously stocked. The atmosphere of the complex was very relaxing. Very conveniently positioned, Hastings Street is just stone throw away. Communications from owner Paul was fantastic.

The style of the place is unique, very spacious, with a great private courtyard/ terrace. The host made our check in a breeze, really lovely. The place was stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and soft drinks.

Loud neighbor

Everything was great. We suffered from jet lag and it was rather Ann at one point because the neighbor above us was loud. I guess working from home can interfere with the odd hours we wanted to rest. Other than that, we enjoyed the apartment.

Loved it, very comfortable stay. Clean and attention to detail with a range of tea's, coffee and basic condiments supplied so that if you did want to cook, in the well equipped kitchen, you could. It’s very well located to all the restaurants and Hastings St, you can walk there and back
