The WiFi did not work at all, we tried many devices. The paths to the front door are heavily covered by bushes which isn't a big issue but its impossible to pass through without bushes and shrubs hitting you. When it rains, you do get soaked by thse plants as you go to the front door so this could be improved. The gardener came during our stay, but the plants were still present over the path. The front door scrapes heavily along the floor and is difficult to open and close at times. This is the first thing that greets you so it doesn't leave the best first impression on the place. These issues are minor, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place.

The house was clean, tidy and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Perfect for a getaway with a lot of people. The long driveway was useful, and the location was impeccable. The vibe of the place is really nice, obviously not a fancy resort but this should be expected. Alex the owner is friendly and helpful. Great value overall.

house design is like a maze.rooms are bit unplanned. Way too many rules I was scared the whole time. wifi was not working at all.owner gotta relax a bit on rules I was there for holiday not a scout camp. maybe they would be ok for air bnb not for booking .Com.

The house is a bit run down. Cleaning could be improved. Recycling bin was full when we arrived so we had to take our recycling away. One of the rooms is very small and could only fit the small double bed. The bathroom in the laundry had a strong mouldy smell.

Beautiful views from the house. Convenient location within walking distance from the shops and beach. The garden is like a tropical paradise.

A great location with lovely view to the bay, A couple of minutes walk to beach and close to shops. The house was well equipped with what we needed for a few days stay. We didn't make a lot of use of the kitchen but had what you would need. Bed and bathroom were comfortable.

its an absolute outrage that they charge this amount for a house falling apart, and they charged my card twice without even letting me know. the house is not clean and they let you do the cleaning.

Shower hot water not enough for the 11 people. I guess if you go during the Summer, this wouldn't be an issue.

The property is not adequately maintained, there are a lot of repairs needed, including replacement of rotting timber on stairs and balustrades. The garden is badly overgrown, so if there has been rain there is no way to move from the house to your car without getting rather wet as it is impossible to avoid brushing past fronds and large leaves. The house is very dusty, and required much airing to get the musty smell out. There was scarce “hot” water for the people who attended, which was disappointing, those who missed out had to wait several hours for it to heat up again, and we had to boil the kettle to get decently hot water sufficient for dish washing. Broken outdoor furniture, which is unsafe. Roof thatching on the hut out back is falling apart. The house is cramped and furnishings are really old and outdated, faded and very worn. One of the bathrooms smelled strongly of urine, they are all cramped and in desperate need of updating.

The view was nice. The kitchen was well equipped.
