The noise from the street. Could hear all traffic, noise from local bars/restaurants. The shower heads don’t move, water sprays directly in the corner of shower

Main air conditioner didn’t work. Had to use a key to get in the room although main doors and car park used a fob. Bedrooms could have done with two power points. The building is mixed with private apartments and motel suites so it would have been better to group all the motel parking in a single area.

Availability of trundle bed would’ve been good. Also booked for two adults one child but was only provided with two towels. While we didn’t request an additional towel (we just utilised the dryer in the room) there should’ve been the required number of towels provided based on the number of people on the booking.

Close to Canberra centre and restaurants. Room was clean and well presented.

It was a real shame that the pool was closed for maintenance as we were keen to use it during our stay especially when it was 30 degrees.

Our apartment was overlooking the side access road and it was very noisy two out of the three mornings we stayed with a massive crane moving items and rubbish trucks. Shower floor in one bathroom was unstable.

The big neon Telstra sign across the road was extremely bright even with the blinds and curtains drawn. One child slept on the lounge, we should have been allocated the sofa bed, without being asked. We had 5 on the booking. We were asked via an email 24 hours prior, however, we had no internet nor reception for 2 days so we didn't see until we had unpacked and I physically asked at reception for a rollaway. We were told we'd need to move rooms. Not happening after the long drive and 2 car trips in the rain to unload. The pool was SHUT due to work. Wouldn't have booked had we known. Was only made aware on arrival (this too was however in the email, but again only after we had booked and paid). The kids hated the idea hot water was limited. They had to decide on spa baths or showers. The ensuite bathroom vent was noisy and on all night, which made the room really cold. Also didn't like the idea of having to walk outside to get to the room. It bucketed heavily and we got wet, even undercover.

The location was great. Near shopping, food, and CBD. The apartment was quite big. The bed was comfy. Spa-bath was nice. Great sized kitchen and well stocked. Lots of extra blankets. Great use of space in the apartment.

The room needs some TLC, both bathroom shower heads were terrible and the fold out bed needs replacing. We had to put the mattress off the fold out bed on the floor.

Air conditioning did not work well it only heated a spot about 1 metre square directly in front of it. Blankets were old thin and worn Appliances and fixtures dated
