after paying extra for a late check-out, on my day of check out i was disturbed in the morning by house keeping and reception advising me i was late to check-out at the standard time. This was upsetting

Location is great, not too noisy and the best part was we had an infant and the property provided a cot with bedding for free. Very helpful and friendly staff, everything we needed was there.

No breakfast bar/restaurant or Bar. But that is more common for apartment stays. Would have liked a large king size bed as apposed to 2 singles pushed together.

The one bed apartment was dated and in need of maintenance, not very comfortable in terms of seating. The carpet was all rippled and the room itself smelled musty and unpleasant. On the second night on a separate booking we stayed in a cheaper premier studio room which was much nicer with the exact same view and balcony.

My stay was great. Great location. The apartment may be due for some maintenance. Moldy smells in the room, could be from the carpets. A little bit of stains found in the sheets. Overall it was fine.

4 times we told staff our shower wasn't working. 4th time we had to move rooms. The next room had a great shower but mattress on the bed, on the left side was so sagged I thought I was going to fall out of bed all night. The first room mattress was great. Unfortunately spoiled our trip. This was a lot of money for us and a special occasion. Very disappointing.

The bathroom was not clean. The vanity at bottom is falling apart. The whole bathroom needs a good scrub and clean. The kitchen stovetop and splashback were both greasy. We had to clean them down before use. Also the washing machine was dirty and we cleaned it before use. There is lots of dust accumulated between the two external doors, and around and under all furniture. In addition, in the rain, big chunks of board fell off the outdoor table. Disappointing.

Location on Darling Harbour close to ferries, cafes, cruises, eateries. Service to rooms daily was fabulous in a three night stay.

The room was functional and clean. It is starting to show its age in the bathroom and looking due for a refresh

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and the access to the location of the function I attended was exceptional (500m from hotel).

On arrival I was given 2 cards to enter my room however neither worked. I went back down in lift the lady at reception came up with me she tried they didn’t work so she went back down fixed the cards while I waited outside the room. I unpacked and went out. I returned that night and went to put TV on in loungeroom it didn’t work. I tried for awhile then contacted reception. After waiting approximately 45 minutes I contacted reception again who apologised and said they will speak to the porter. The porter came up thought it was the remote and came back with another which still didn’t work. He said they will need to get it seen to the following day. I realised there was a tv in the bedroom it turned on but you could only get channel 7. No one came to fix the TV. The balcony was filthy, cigarette butts and the floor was disgusting. I advised this to both girls when I checked out at around 8 am who said they will advise management.

Great location, John on reception was welcoming and helpful. John gave me an upgrade on my room.
