All good.

This budget motel was clean, warm and comfortable. The room was large and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The view from our window was amazing. Highly recommended.

Only issues we had were trying to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink and trying to plug our phone chargers into the power points next to the bed.

The location is beautiful. Especially the lake view. The water in the shower is perfect temperature without having to add cold and is so soft.

I got a room with a lake view and it was beautiful! Jean Paul and Marie were great hosts. This isn’t a five star hotel, but it has a five star view and a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

It was a long walk into town to access the restaurants, although we quite enjoyed the evening walk.

Smallish room facing the highway and cars parked but was comfortable...would have been really nice having the view over the water

Was travelling interstate in serious heat wave so arriving with somewhere with aircon was the best Pub up the road did excellent meal. If I didn't leave to get on the road so early it would have been great to stay for breakfast and take in the magnificent view

We had a group of tradies staying in the rooms around us and they were quite loud in packing up and leaving at 6am. That wasn't the propertiy's fault, but the rooms aren't very soundproof.

Although the property was old it was quite charming. Our room was very small, but comfortable enough, and with a lovely view of Lake Albert straight out our window. The room facilities were basic, but the hosts were lovely and allowed us to borrow whatever we needed. The sunset over the lake was spectacular.

There is not much to offer in the town. There is no restaurant for example. There is an excellent take away.

Very old style motel. Probably nothing had been done to it in 60 years. It was right on the lake

Superb position backing on to Lake Albert. Even if you don’t have a lake view room, there are places to sit and look over the lake at the sunset. Breakfast looked good, but you need to order it the previous evening.

The location was great and the room was very clean. We booked the family room, even though there was just two of us because many reviewers had commented on the small room size for other rooms. This worked well for us and the price was still reasonable.

Great location! Definitely worth the extra few dollars for a lakeside-view room. The greeting at checkin was first-class and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room spotless and a surprisingly quiet night. Loved waking up to the view across the lake watching pelicans glide across the water.
