Carpet could have been vaccumed better. Everything else was wonderfully cleaned, just the floor wasn't very clean and I noticed crumbs and hair on arrival. Also the clip in the dishwashing powder compartment was broken so dishes didn't get cleaned very well. There isn't airconditioning in every room, so not sure what it would be like in summer as we started at the end of May.

Location and proximity to the beach, park, restaurants, food shop was great. Very convenient. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed to feel at home. The apartment was also really big, which we loved! I also liked the midweek deal plus the added discount once I logged into my booking.com account. Next time I would pay extra for an ocean view instead of the view to the neighbouring carpark.

Ideally located to eating and shopping facilities, and not far from the beach. Great uninterrupted view to the north from our 7th floor unit. Management were very responsive to any of our needs.

In the apartment we stayed in (no 22) there was no spare cupboard/pantry so we had to store all our food on the bench. In other apartments we’ve stayed in there is a pantry with minimal supplies (Salt/pepper etc) but there was nothin in this one.

This apartment was very central to everything we wanted to do, was in a quiet area and had everything we needed for our stay. The housekeeper was particularly very nice.

During daytime there is noise from renovation works in another apartment in the building.

The availability of the reception. It would be good if a person was present at the reception desk most of the time. When we needed things, the reception used to be closed and we had to wait.

The rooms were spacious. It was a fully equipped apartment. Very close to most of the shops and close to seaworld.

The noise from the adjacent building site interrupted our sleep . The early loud noises from garbage collection woke us up at 6 am every day .

Location to beach and shops was good . Pool and tennis courts good . Apartment spacious with good kitchen facilities.

The location was not suitable for our needs as it lacked sufficient amenities for families in the area. Certain areas of the unit were not properly cleaned, and the table on the balcony was excessively large for the available space, which meant we could not all sit at the table. Additionally, we were not informed about the construction work taking place nearby, which resulted in disruptive noise from around 6 am or 7am, throughout our stay. The shower pressure was not of the greatest quality and is positioned at an inconveniently low height.

The accommodation was satisfactory. The unit was spacious and the garden view was pleasant. We were supplied with a carparking space very close to the lift which made for easy access. At the end of the street, there was a bar, eateries, and a convenience store where you could purchase some supplies.

Not secure key entry into apartment. Tap over bathroom sink was in the middle and you could not bend over sink without hitting your head

This location was perfect. Cafes, walks and little supermarket. View from both bedrooms spectacular. Bed was very comfortable

There were no tea spoons no plug in the sink to wash up. Not enough cleaning products to actually clean. So sorry for the next person everything was just basically rinsed and put back in the cupboard. Like it was for us we had to clean everything before we used it. And please don’t say you only give enough to get you started because if you want a clean place provide more supplies no one is going to buy a whole heap of items for 3 days stay! The kettle was dirty and tasted like a dirty shoe. Forget having a coffee make sure you bring your own because you will die having anything they have supplied. Because it was the weekend there was no one to inform about anything so we didn’t bother. There was sand or dirt from construction on balcony.

It was in a good spot there was construction next door but it wasn’t too noisy . The kids loved the pool and sauna

There is nothing that we would change nor any improvements we would make on the accommodation or our experience.

The room and all building facilities were clean, well maintained well presented. The indoor pool was a great treat and beautifully maintained. The outdoor pool and the grounds were in a relaxed and pleasant setting.
