To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location across road from Capitol theatre, close to Chinatown and within walking distance of Darling Harbour and local amenities. When toaster died, taking all electric power with it, staff were prompt in sending up a love chaplains to replace toaster, ensure it was working Sealy, once he reset fuses. Front desk called a little while later to apologise for disrupting our breakfast, and sent us up complementary anemities, fresh towels, tee and milk. A lovely, welcome gesture.

AustraliaWe didn’t like that every time someone came out of the pool area we heard the door slam close even at 530am or 930pm . Maybe look at sliding door. Also l like dark room to sleep so maybe look at the hall light to be on censored lights only come on if someone the area. Save on power as well. Also the cleaning products should be refilled bottles and bigger one as wel.
We didn’t get any breakfast and new nothing about getting it. Would love to become we had brought and made our own. Love the pool/spa and sauna but the pool was to cold and spa could be a bit hotter.
