Nothing. Apartment was extremely comfortable. As a smoker, so civilised to already have an ashtray outside on balcony table - saves me using my own. Very thoughtful.

Location across road from Capitol theatre, close to Chinatown and within walking distance of Darling Harbour and local amenities. When toaster died, taking all electric power with it, staff were prompt in sending up a love chaplains to replace toaster, ensure it was working Sealy, once he reset fuses. Front desk called a little while later to apologise for disrupting our breakfast, and sent us up complementary anemities, fresh towels, tee and milk. A lovely, welcome gesture.

We stayed for 5 days, but only had one quick part service in all that time. Rubbish not taken away, nor extra tea or soap without having to ask. Poor attention to detail

We didn’t like that every time someone came out of the pool area we heard the door slam close even at 530am or 930pm . Maybe look at sliding door. Also l like dark room to sleep so maybe look at the hall light to be on censored lights only come on if someone the area. Save on power as well. Also the cleaning products should be refilled bottles and bigger one as wel.

We didn’t get any breakfast and new nothing about getting it. Would love to become we had brought and made our own. Love the pool/spa and sauna but the pool was to cold and spa could be a bit hotter.

Obe of the lift currently having issues. It’s still operating but the door very slow to open and there is friction noises when is open is creating anxious.

I found that it could be rather loud? You can hear a lot from outside while you're trying to sleep.

The location was so central to the light rail and easy access to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were perfect and the staff were very accommodating.

The suite was lovely. The bed was super comfortable and plush. The letter written for my birthday along with the complimentary bottle of wine with the glasses. The bathroom and kitchen were great. Spa was amazing. Staff at reception were very friendly.

Very impersonal front desk We asked for skim milk was directed to a supermarket The revolving door will take a limb off if your not quick enough Guests have to use their own streaming accounts ???? (Something new to us) Ours would not work 3 different people came to fix the problem then they offered to move us (not changing rooms for a tv) The 4th fixed it but left cables hanging from the tv.
