AustraliaDogs from other guests left toilet waste around other guest cars. This was left to the cleaner to pick up and manage. Also dogs barking at accommodation. This was not managed. Also was woken up at 250am by someone at my door trying to get in. Did not feel safe. Left a day early. Was not refunded for this. Do not recommend!!

AustraliaIt was absolutely deplorable to say the least. The managers didn’t give us towels or linen, and when asked for towels, we were given 2 bath mats, and were told they “didn’t have any clean towels left”. The plates, bowels, glasses and even the cutlery had food spatters on them, the bed wasn’t made. The “complementary tea,coffee & sugar sachets had already opened and used packets among them. Killed 3 cockroaches through the night, crawling on my foot and on the bench. I have several photographs too. I couldn’t believe at $90 a night, I had to share the room with other critters. 🤮 and felt so dirty I ended up sleeping in my car because i couldn’t even wash my hands as there wasn’t even a bar of soap.
I liked the part when I drove away from the place. lol 😂

Absolutely nothing...there was considerable noise from the pubs and clubs in the area..also fighting and screaming coming from people staying in some of the rooms as well as police showing up multiple times. We were also confronted on more than a few times by a guy who seemed to be long stay resident asking myself when I was walking back with my children from the pool area (where I had just cooked steak for dinner )asked if I had any $5 buds ( pot ) for sale, after telling him no he then asked me for a steak...many times after that he would also keep asking for cigarettes. On our last night I found him outside our room having a bong!! Awesome stay!!

United KingdomI rarely write bad reviews but we really didn't like this place. Only spoken to through intercom. Very tired and dingy space. Didn't feel very clean- the sink wasn't clean. There was less than half a toilet roll available. An ok overnighter for folk on a budget but wouldn't recommend for anyone else.
The sheets and towels were clean, that's about it.

I ALSO GOT A SMALL PIECE OF GLASS STUCK IN MY HAND OFF THE BED THE MADE BED WHICH I INFORMED CLEANERS WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL AND CHANGED BEDDING STRAIGHT AWAY AND LEFT SPARE SHEETS JUST INCASE....THE OWNERS OF THE MOTEL HOWEVER LIVE ALL THE WAY IN BRISBANE AND ARENT THERE TO DEAL WITH ANY ISSUES ON HAND ... LIKE FOR INSTANCE A ELDERLY COUPLE CAME IN FOR THEIR ROOM AND THE ROOM THEY WALKED INTO THAT THEY HAD BEEN GIVEN WAS ALREADY TAKEN SO NOBODY WAS THERE TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD THEIR CORRECT ROOM OR MAKE SURE THE ROOM WAS CLEAN FOR THEM ... AND ANOTHER ISSUE I WITNESSED WAS A GUY WALKING UP AND DOWN FROM ROOM TO ROOM SCREAMING AND SHOUTING SLAMMING DOORS THREATENING TO KILL SOMEONE AND NOBODY WAS THERE TO DEAL WITH THOSE ISSUES IMMEDIATELY....CANT COMPLAIN ITS SOMEWHERE TO SLEEP AT SHORT NOTICE REASONABLE PRICES...IT IS MUCH BETTER SUITED FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING HOMELESSNESS...

AustraliaHot water was not the best and very hard to work. . Mattresses were out of shape and had disgusting stains on them. Curtains filthy. Tobacco crumbs and hair in 'clean' mugs and bowls. Snot wiped on walls. Orange goo wiped over light switch. Mould in bathroom that wiped away easy. Photos to prove all of above. Condition of the room did not match the price in any way - this shouldn't be priced over $40 a night, instead we paid over $100.
We needed emergency accommodation for the night, booking was fast and easy.

AustraliaRoom smelt of cigarettes, management didn’t return my messages about leaving and seeking a refund. It’s clearly the dodgy motel of the town where drug dealing is tolerated.
Nothing we left after 30min and requested a refund that we didn’t get because drug deals looked to be going on and then the fire alarm was triggered by the same dodgy visitors x 3! We didn’t feel safe so we left!

AustraliaI had low expectations for this motel but needed somewhere that would take our two dogs in our group of six adults. And it was even worse than my expectations….. it was inhabited with what looked like long term resident Crackheads and general undesirables, the rooms were in a state of disrepair, filthy dirty and just unappealing, Noise from other residents was appalling at night, all night with them sitting outside rooms on phones and chatting loudly with the smell of cigarette smoke wafting under the door ! In hindsight we should have booked 1 room and left the dogs there for the night and walked to the Oaks up the road………. But couldn’t treat our dogs like that as I have left them in better Kennels than this Motel. I can’t even imagine what you would have caught from the pool, Bbq area and pool there was decomposing food on the benches and Bbq ….. whole place was a health hazard and can’t believe it’s actually trading. Isn’t there a public health department that checks on these places?
Leaving the property was the best thing about the whole thing!

Australiawalked in & the room stunk of smoke. no staff to talk to so had to phone the number & they sent someone down. They sprayed a bit of air freshener & left. 30 minutes later smelled of smoke again Floor was dirty: mud, dust, hair & old food everywhere so obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Walls & ceilings were mouldy. Roof skylight had a crack through the middle. Curtain fell down halfway through the night. Door didnt shut properly so had to barricade with a chair. cups & cutlery were dirty & covered with hair. Would NEVER stay here again. Cheap, but not worth it.
