You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My trip involved travelling from Queensland to Central NSW, and I required a stop over location for my family. The Molly Morgan at Maitland is perfectly positioned for an overnight stay that breaks up my journey. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I have stayed at this location before and I had no hesitation to stay their again. There is a shopping mall about 1 km away with excellent eating facilities.

It was convenient for our stay accessing Maitland. We also had a pub just up the road within walking distance which has great food

AustraliaThe smoke alarm was not in place, its housing was above the wardrobe, but not the alarm. I imagine a battery check had been done and it had been forgotten to be put back up. The bathroom was super steamy for over an hour after a shower, meaning you needed to get dressed in the main room. The latch to open the window was all the way at the top. Not being 'vertically blessed', it was not possible to open the window. The young man at reception was very happy to open it 🙂
The staff were very friendly and approachable. Requests for extra towels and the iron were no problem, but it would have been wonderful to have a proper sized ironing board and a closer powerpoint to plug in the iron for a right-handed person. Either that or an extension cord. The lovely lady who does housekeeping cheerfully took away our dirty dishes and washed them, then brought them back. Many other places haven't replaced dishes and cutlery as expected. The globe in the lamp blew the first night and was replaced quickly the next day upon request.

AustraliaFriendly staff, quality tea and coffee making facilities, plentiful real milk enough for 2 people (not just 2 x 18mil UHT offered elsewhere when being charged $218 / night) with an offer of "just ask if you need more", bottled water in the new fridge AND quality toilet paper! How nice. Not that cheap rubbish that is as thin as tissue paper and not up to the job. We were very happy with our stay.
