Fabulous location. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Will definitely come back to Ocean Suites for a longer stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Suites!!! We always enjoy having our own "bubble" away from the crowds, and Ocean Suites was just perfect for our stay in Byron Bay! Still very close to the center, the apartment felt incredibly peaceful. To me, listening to the sounds of the waves from your apartment just cannot be topped... wonderful!! It was so amazing to walk down to the beach and just meet one single other person during sunset. In the morning, the vibes at the beach were super friendly with mostly dog walkers being out. We very much enjoyed the cool interior design of the apartment and spent most of the time sitting on the vast terrace, enjoying life. Ben was very proactive and kind in communication, totally recommended!!.

No dishwasher, no oven . Stairs to apartment with luggage could be an issue for some people .

Fabulous location, well equipped and comfortable for a couple only, however you could fit 2 kids on couches. Avery comfortable bed and the apartment was well equiped.

Few hiccups at the beginning but they were resolved very promptly by the manager of the property Isabella. Very quick replies and was there when I needed, texting or coming to the property.

Very beautiful Zen Nordic design where I could relax, I felt like in a spa resort, surrounded by beautiful nature and the sea was 50m away, super convenient. The bathroom was the start of the apartment!

It would have been nice to have a microwave oven in the suite, although there is one in the downstairs kitchen which can be used by guests. There is a fridge in the suite (and a larger one in the downstairs kitchen), although there is no freezer, either in the suite or in the downstairs kitchen.

We stayed in Suite 2, which is one of the two upstairs suites (downstairs has been set up for yoga classes). The suite is very comfortable and very well appointed. Its large deck overlooks bushland and gives you a limited view of the ocean. The property is within a gated community which is accessed by a gate on Alcorn Street and which requires a code to enter. The property is a couple of hundred metres through the gate, is on the right and has a prominent Ocean Suites sign. We did not meet the owners, although they provided us with all necessary information by email, and they were contactable by phone. Parking is immediately adjacent to the property. The beach is only 50 metres from the property and is very accessible via a track through the dunes. The beach itself is visually superb, great for walking but not so good for swimming/body surfing.

This little place felt like a home away from home. Such a peaceful location and so close to the beach. It was the perfect place for some much needed rest and recovery from my busy lifestyle. I would come back and stay here again for sure. Thank you so much to the hosts!

It would of been nice to include milk or something as it provided an awesome coffee machine and other kitchen facilities and champagne glasses would of been amazing too

The space and the location was amazing ! while you can’t see the ocean very well from the property you can definitely hear it and smell it ! Was very private and set amongst beautiful trees and bird life . very serene

Excellent location for a stay in Byron Bay. Spacious and comfortably designed suites. Had a great sleep in the big bed and started my day with a sunrise beach walk just a minute off the property. An easy 10 minute walk through the pleasant Suffolk Park neighbourhood and you'll find the friendly local plaza with a great pub (& great chippies!), bottle shop, grocery store, cafe/bakery, pharmacy, etc. There were a surprising lot of dining options in the block and only 10m drive away is Byron town with all it's beaches, food, and entertainment.

Good place to stay for holiday purposes. The place is clean and has easy access to the beach. Only few mins walk to the beach and we really enjoyed seeing the sunrise and sunsets in the beach.

Everything perfect. Direct Beach Access 1min, very beautiful view, you feel like living in the jungle. Fridge and little kitchen enough to cook for yourself. Bicycle ride to byron 10minutes , to Suffol Park (supermarket, cafe, food court, fantastic pizzeria) 5min. Very frienfly manager/owner. Best is of course the bathtub.

Incredible suites in the nicest part of Byron. Even better than a 5 star hotel, has everything you need, the beach was right at our feet, and incredible hosts with insane attention to detail. Could not recommend more highly!
