There was absolutely nothing we didn't like

The views were spectacular! And the seemingly resident kangaroo was a treat. The property was extremely light and airy and beautifully maintained. Would love to stay again If ever we are lucky enough to visit kalbarri

it was lovely having the kangaroos come in after lunch and drink from the bowl we provided. The kids loved seeing them come in so close. Fantastic to have beach towels, washing machine detergent and those little extras that make the visit so much easier.

Kitchen could have been cleaned a tiny bit more thoroughly but I am very fussy :) Everything else was just perfect

There was only one very very minor downside during our stay - to no fault of the hosts at all! - was that there was an ant problem for a couple of days. There was only a few on arrival but the next day there was a dead millipede and the ants had a field day inside. But there were cleaning tools and a bug repellent spray available, and when we communicated this to the host, she was extremely quick to help us with managing them and providing us more spray on the same day. Unfortunately with the hot summer weather and long spell of no rain, there were many ants roaming the streets!

It felt like a cosy holiday home - a home away from home! The view was beyond stunning to the point where we spent more time on the deck than indoors whenever we were home. The utilities available were also excellent and very practical - we did not expect snorkeling gear to be available and this allowed us to snorkel for the first time ever! We loved how peaceful the location of the house was despite it being only a 5-min drive to the town centre. Communication with the host was also quick and efficient. We also enjoyed the surprise of a family of wild kangaroos greeting us in the backyard on arrival.

Great views, well set out house and parking area. Everything was easy to find and the place was amazing. Hosts were really quick to reply to any questions and ensured we were all sorted.

Power points in one bedroom non operational and hence bedside lamps would not work. Something loose outside of bedroom rattled all night long in the wind. I don't expect that these will be an issue for too long though and will be repaired in due course. Otherwise a very clean and presentable house.

We stayed here with family who were over on holiday from the UK and were very impressed with the location and the fantastic views. Meals on the patio whilst watching whales was a highlight. A very worthwile stay.
