Some minor cleaning issues. Kitchen a little bit dated. Bed in main bedroom a little soft for my liking ( but probably fine for others). One problem with a fuse which was quickly rectified.

Loved the absolute beachfront. Handy to airport and Coolongatta. Excellent staff.

The taps were difficult to turn off in both bathrooms. The fans in both bedrooms automatically turned off during the night.

The location is superb, right on the beach and was the reason I chose Oceanside resort.

The bedding in the second room was very ordinary, more washing detergents needed for a weeks stay.

The location was fantastic, great access to the beach and walkway.

Awesome two bedroom apartment with a lovely view and immaculately maintained. Double shower was really cool. Hot tub below was fabulous after coming back from a cold swim in the beach Staff at the reception were lovely. Parking was easy. Lots of Uber Eats options

It was quite dusty particularly around the skirting boards and in the top of the cupboards, we found underwear under the bedside table on our first day that were obviously dirty which learnt the best but overall it was a great holiday. Some more knives and bowls of a usual size and a vegetable peeler would have been great, but that's neither here nor there

The staff were great, the pool and spa were a hit with the kids and the view from the apartment was amazing.

I would have liked some shampoo in the bathroom, shower in main room not great for older people, high step up.

Great location, could walk straight on to the beach without having to cross roads great for kids. Room clean and well presented.

I loved the speedy response to questions and the helpfulness when I needed something from staff. The apartment was beautiful and faced directly to the beach. I could hear the sound of the waves even if the door to the balcony was shut. I went away for some rejuvenation and the apartment gave me just what I needed. I love the location as it's a nice and quiet section of the beach, so it was never crowded. I loved that there is no road in front of the apartments. I took my bike and could access everything I needed by riding using the path in front of the apartments.

The location is amazing and right on the beach, there is a swimming pool. Secured parking is also offered if you need it. There is a shared beach umbrella and kids' toys for guests to use.

When staying in a 2 bedroom apartment like this, you are staying there because you want to use a kitchen and laundry and make it your home for a short period. We stayed for 5 nights. I don't mind needing to buy my food supplies but the provision of a few more basic amenities and a little welcome booklet with some basic information about the building and pool/spa and who to call if you need assistance would make it a better experience. Provision of at least one box of tissues. More toilet paper. Extra garbage bags. Some salt and pepper sachets and some milk for a cup of tea to get you started. Provision of at least one laundry washing powder sachet. Having the second bedroom ready-made as a queen bed. Wine and glasses for drinking were not clean. The master bedroom TV didn't work, no TV channels. looks like an issue with the antenna. There wasn't a clothes rack to hang wet clothes and beach towels. We had to drape clothes that we washed in the washing machine on hooks, rails and over chairs. We couldn't locate the ironing board easily. Both showers have big yellow stains in the grouting. I wouldn't use the second bedroom shower that has mould on the grouting floor.

Overall we really liked our stay at Oceanside Resort. It had almost everything you needed for a self-contained unit. The views of the beach and the location are very good. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the unit. The beds and sofas are clean and comfortable. The Kitchen had sufficient utensils. Karen was very polite and helpful. We would stay again.
