The view is spectacular. The location to the beach and the Surf Club is good. It so near to walk to Coles Supermarket in very convenient for obtaining anything required with BWS and Bakers Delight there as well. It is a great location for dedicated walker being able to use dedicated pathways either direction. Also very readily able to use the facilities on the river such as the Pier and also the Marina's Fisheries Outlets.

Unit wasn't clean , living room had strong cooking odour and saw couple of cockroaches .

The most amazing Ocean views from our apartment that went all the way to the horizon. The resort was also located in the heart of Mooloolaba. With shops and restaurants literally surrounding the resort

Air con was too noisy and the noise kept going on all the night. And the cupboards need ventilating , they are stuffy.

The fan in the second bedroom was a bit noisy. Reception hours are limited. This wasn’t a problem for us but is definitely something to be aware of. Our room on level 7 was definitely older but as we were aware that we weren’t paying for a recently renovated room, we were still comfortable.

The location is fantastic. It is right on the esplanade and from our level 7 room there were fantastic ocean views. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes around the resort and it is in easy walking distance to the wharf area, where there are more great restaurants plus Sealife. The rooms were a good size and there was air conditioning in the main area. It was great to be able to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean.

No prior direction from staff regarding parking. Difficult to find entrance to car park and procedure for entry. A little irritating.

Proximity to everything was excellent. Beach, restaurants, and shops all on our doorstep.

There was not much to dislike at all! My only recommendation would be to put air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The living area and master bedrooms had air-conditioning however, the other two rooms got quite hot overnight even with ceiling fans. My other concern was the doors into the hotel and carpark were not locked overnight. I appreciate that a key is required to actually operate the lift, however, I would have felt a bit more secure having the main door a key access after hours and having the parking garage door lock with key access. We otherwise loved our time and would be back again!

The room was incredible! We were in a three bedroom apartment with an ocean view on the third floor. The whole apartment was clean on arrival. The balcony was gorgeous and had an amazing view. The apartment came with all necessary + more appliances to make for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were great! The games room was such a cool touch too. We loved that there was free WiFi and that the TV had Netflix and YouTube. The hotel is in such a great spot, being right on the Mooloolaba Esplanade. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly on arrival and the online communication was great. I also appreciated that there was a carpark dedicated to our unit for my car.

The lift and corridor is a bit outdated.

Good location as it's beach front. Would be better if it's on higher level so the trees don't block the ocean view.

Apartment needs some upgrading and small fixes like cleaning - marks on walls which are easy to remove, grime on skirting boards, corners of showers etc. No spare towels available to use in pool area - all at laundry apparently.

Great position of resort in the centre and aspect of apartment affords good views of waterfront and bay area. Kitchen well set up with essential items to use. Very welcoming and pleasant Receptionist. Able to check into room a little earlier.

Second bedroom didn't have aircon, and noise from outside was a bit much with windows open to allow for airflow.
