I spilt something on the floor and when I wiped it up I could see how dirty it was! Could be a touch cleaner but still overall clean.

lizards tended to come in through the roof at night

the surroundings as we were amidst the wildlife wallabies would graze outside the bungalow at night and in the morning and we saw a variety of birds

The bungalow bed disgraceful hard as concrete sleeping was hard ror the money you pay the bed should be comfortable room ser up not good lounge under TV bed opposite TV if you wanted eat in room all you had was two wooden chairs and s small wooden table outside on verandah they could make it for the stay

The staff were absolutely fantastic. We did not realise that we were being picked up the ferry terminal on HI, so that was a nice surprise. Our bags were taken to our bungalow and picked up for the bus drop off to the airport. Everyone was so friendly. The bungalows were adequate for our one night stay. There was some problem with ants getting into food, so we kept the bin outside on the verandah. The dinner at the hotel was very nice as well. Worth booking a buggy ahead before arriving on the island. The buggy pick up was close to the bungalows.

Floors bit dusty and sandy in Bungalow. Hammock chains knotted, difficult to undo to use. State of Origin hype lacking, no signs, no activities, no wearing of colours. Difficulty getting in to preferred restaurant. Mantaray quality for price, poor.

Loved my stay! Location of my bungalow amidst the trees and close to resort centre. Free shuttle, helpful drivers. Sunset fun on One Tree Hill. Walking trails. Massage. Staff very friendly, happy, helpful. Footworks. Buggy.

A bit messy around the gardens with litter not picked up in the flower beds. Rooms could have had a sweep daily, not sure if this was our job or the room cleaners. Birds are a real pest.

Fantastic stay on Hamilton island for 2 nights. As we were dropped off at our bungalows, there were wallabies foraging outside our bungalows. Loved the area around the marina, very casual and on the Saturday evening there was love music & lots of people were picnicking. Very relaxing and would definitely recommend. We booked a trip to Whitehaven, I can only describe as amazing

We found Hamilton tired and lacking this time, we’ve been going for 15 years but it’s gone down hill . Restaurants ether too full or closed . Sails was unkept and disappointing and closed at 5.30 with us trying to find somewhere to go ……It felt like the whole place was struggling.

Hamilton is and has been in the past our go to it’s a beautiful part of the world ….

Nothing - liked everything and had excellent service

Clean and comfortable bungalow with pot/pan and chopping board provided so we could cook. Helpful complimentary airport/ferry transfer which made everything more smooth. Kayaks and paddle boards included in the fee which was so much fun to use on beautiful Catseye Beach.

There wasn’t anything with regard to the bungalow itself. We personally didn’t like the sails restaurant which we only tried for lunch, we felt the menu was poor, however that was our view and we may have just picked the wrong items, for example we chose the calamari and it was over cooked and tough. However that might just have been that it had been sitting a bit or just got overcooked by the chef.

Our bungalow was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. All very clean with good amenities which were replaced as we used them during our stay. We had daily towel changes and bed linen which is great in a hot climate. Good air conditioning plus a ceiling fan. Integral safe and plenty of storage including a clothes airer to dry wet towels, swimwear etc. overall excellent. The Reef Hotel restaurant which we used for breakfast was very good, lots of choice and food regularly replenished and fresh, great choice of fresh fruit, bakery and hot food items.
