There was a Wedding on in the function room/area around half of the pond, this actually did not affect us at all, but would have been nice to have previously been told about it. When we arrived there was a car in our carport, I rang the contact number to ask them to find out who's car it was and get them to move it. Luckily it was not raining otherwise we would have been extremely annoyed and wet! We understand that this is out of their control BUT we never got a call back nor any communication about our call at all, which is very disconcerting especially if there was something very wrong. The car eventually moved later that night. BBQ tools need to be provided as the plastic kitchen ones will not last on a bbq. In the main bedroom there is only 1 bedside light, there really needs to be one on each side of the bed.

Loved the confirmation email with suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. Exceptionally clean- Spotless everywhere, Spa bath had tape of hygiene over button showing that is had been cleaned thoroughly. Very comfortable- In my view something very important when you are staying in accommodation is the seating, there needs to be enough seating and it must be comfortable. Perricoota Vines provided two large comfortable couches, enough to fit 3 people on each, a dinning table with 4 chairs, also an outdoor table with 4 chairs and a market umbrella. Our own BBQ connected to mains gas- so no chance of an empty gas bottle. Bedrooms are a great size and comfortable beds & blackout curtains. Plenty of towels, enough to have a shower & a dry one for a spa. Deck- Peaceful, picturesque and very relaxing, lovely watching the ducks and fish rise on the water. Kitchen had everything required (except BBQ tools), plenty of dishwasher tabs, foil, baking paper, coffee pods for coffee machine, tea towels. Oven and cooktop worked great. TV- Smart could connect to All major apps. Welcome pack with plenty of info about the area. Bookings.com score of 8 really is not high enough, as I normally look at 9-10.... this accommodation I would definitely score a 10! The photos do not do it justice, rooms are much lighter than in photos and much bigger. We would highly recommend Perricoota Vines for groups of families hiring units next to each other, you would have a great time away.

Much of the woodwork needs a good sand & coat of stain . Balcony rails are very rough & wobbly ( possibly dangerous)

The property is set in lovely gardens along with a lake full of ducks & birds. Our unit was a great size for 2 people. It had everything we needed. Loved the pool & bbq areas , recreation room was great .

There is nothing I didn't like - except that I couldn't stay longer!

This is my second stay at Perricoota Vines and it wont be my last. The units are very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely spa in the bathroom. Check in is super easy. I love the bird life that greets you when on your balcony overlooking the lagoon. Very peaceful. Nice pools. Close to wineries, golf club, etc. I have been coming to Moama for nearly a decade staying at another resort - but I wont be going back - here is where I will return to

Great location out of town but close enough for a short drive to all the action. Beautiful tranquil luscious gardens that are exceptionally maintained to enjoy some lovely walks around the property. We enjoyed a game of tennis, ping pong, and the 2 pools were just lovely to luxuriate in. The Lakeview cabin was sweet, quiet and private with everything for some much needed r&r

The villas were a little old could do with a little revamp but nice & clean and attentive to our needs.
