The Electronic Keys were problematic, but I believe they are trying to sort this out.

Location was great, we had a balcony overlooking the Mall. It was surprisingly quiet, despite the crowds. Close to a lot of great places to eat and drink.

No fault of the hotel, with the connivence of location comes late Friday night shopping in the Mall… if only they moved the buskers to the far end rather than right near the hotel.

The hotel felt slightly in need of minor updating: nothing that impacted our stay however!

A great location just a short walk to museums, art gallery & the botanic gardens. In the middle of shops so easy for getting food items. Close to bus stop for airport. I only booked a room but it was more like a suite with living room/dining area and huge bathroom!

Some attention to detail when cleaning - corkscrew had some pizza on it from previous guest and some cups were visibly chipped.

The reception team were absolutely lovely and super helpful.

Hard to find entry to the hotel and even more difficult to park a car - but, follow the directions to a tee. Hopefully your check in will be in the daylight and when the Lobby Desk in in operation. Otherwise - good luck!

Nice apartment-type unit. Plenty of space for a multi-day stay. Truly in the "heart" of the Rundle Mall.

The rooms are somewhat dated but very clean and good value for money

Huge room provided with all the amenities needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep on and didn't aggrevate my back issues. Location was great being so close to supermarkets, shops, cafes, sights etc.

The only con to note was the brightness of the air conditioner panel. It lit up the whole room! Next time I stay, I will be sure to bring something to cover it, then my stay will be perfect.

My husband and I had a delightful stay in a Standard King room. The comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and access to entertainment like Netflix made our stay truly enjoyable. Its perfect, central location combined with a peaceful ambiance made it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. highly recommended!

Restaurant and bar closed both nights we were there, though on booking.com it said they would be open. Limited reception hours, which meant a late check in with instructions for how to get in. Also, during our stay, 1 of the key cards for room did not work and reception was already closed (4.30 - 4.40pm). Some of furniture in room damaged/needed replacing eg wardrobe, cupboard with kettle etc.

Good central location in Rundle Mall, close to shopping and reasonably close to public transportation, though no taxis etc in Rundle Mall, which is an issue if you are travelling with someone elderly or with limited mobility. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Michelle who I emailed a few times before arrival. Another female staff member on reception also helpful. Once there, it is a good location for shopping and eating out.

Parking was a nightmare, not any fault of the hotel itself, but as you are entering into a Willsons public car park if you enter during a busy time it can be hard to get a park.

As soon as you arrive, the staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. If you look up reviews on other websites it has about the keycards sometimes being an issue, the friendly woman greeting you at the desk gives you a rundown on the keycards without you having to ask, personally we did not have one issue with ours working during our stay. The room was extremely clean. Large bathroom. Small fridge. Comfortable bed. The location is fantastic. For the price, cleanliness, location, and helpful staff, I would stay again and recommend it to others if this is what you are looking for.

Can be very noisy on Fridays and weekends if your room overlooks the mall. The carpark is not directly accessible from the hotel so transporting luggage can be a bit of a chore.

Excellent location right in the heart of Rundle mall. Very obliging staff who changed my room when I complained about the noise . Complementary bottles of water provided. Wonderful staff.

The curtain rings were broken which meant the curtains were dragging on the floor and did not close properly letting light in, given the location on the mall there was light streaming all night. the kettle lid didn’t close tightly so difficult to poor boiling water without spilling it
