Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was only one operational elevator at the time which made waiting times long to get to our room. The room was a little rundown and not meticulously clean. Outside was a little noisy with a base beat (possibly nightclub) close by however wasn't so loud we couldn't sleep. However very little noise coming from.inside (upstairs or hallway). You had to hold the shower head as the latch that held the shower was quite loose moving and couldn't direct it downwards. These are only small issues. Overall enjoyed our stay.
The location was close enough to the airport as we had to leave the next day. The beds were quite comfortable and was convenient to have two rooms and a living area. Was quite conveniently central to restaurants and a Coles.

The malfunctioned lift (none of the lifts was operational one day). Five people, my family and I, had to take the stairs in the morning and early afternoon to get to the room on the 15th floor. There was no early notice on this issue. I don't know how often we had to walk up and down. The other lift was permanently broken. Every morning, the lift was full of people, and even my family had to take the next lift until it was empty.
I was really pleased with the staff's overall demeanour and thoughtfulness in providing customer service. There's a sauna, an indoor exercise centre, and a swimming pool. I was quite grateful for these.

Communication between staff was delayed when checking in, and I was told I was contacted when I hadn’t.

It was hard to work out the operation of the oven and the dishwasher and there weren’t a lot of pans to use if you were cooking for yourself, rather than eating out or getting takeaway.
It was ideally located, close to the CBD, airport and shops as well as the beaches. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the suite was roomy and comfortable.

Bedroom TV useless, unable to connect to the internet to stream so the only thing to watch is the promotional channels. The bed is super hard and uncomfortable. Dead bolt on front door did not lock. Unable to stream disney+ on loungeroom TV as it's not a supported app. Bathroom drains smelt really bad and when the neighbouring rooms flushed the toilet, the sewage smell came up in to the bathroom. Towels were dirty/stained. Spiders in the bathroom. Took over an hour to get an additional blanket brought to the room even though we physically went to reception and asked for it. (This was a ground floor unit beside reception) Only 1 room key given even though we had 2 guests. Paid for 3 days of parking and was given a parking ticket that was only valid for 1 day.
Quick bus trip from the CBD. Lots of parking available. 1 bedroom suite is huge.

During our stay one of the two lifts to the building was/ became out of service which did make it difficult at time waiting for the lift, but this was not anyone’s fault just made the process of getting to your room longer due to the amount of people coming and going for the same reasons.
