Wish it was not quite so expensive. It limits how often we can visit.

Location, cleanliness, staff, parking, restaurant, bar, views. Wonderful staff in every area of the hotel. Jennifer at reception desk was genuinely warm, capable & exceptional.

The surcharge over the weekend seemed unnecessary, it made the price of drinks exceptionally expensive.

The location is fantastic, and the view of the two landmarks is incredible. They provided use of umbrellas for free, which was fantastic as there was some heavy rain.

Check in process was very slow (not the staff, the process). Bar was full with a line up at 3pm so we did not go in.

Check in was very slow. We waited about 20mins which was tricky with young kids in tow. The hotel feels quite far from food outlets and night-life. On the map is looks close to everything, but it's up a steep hill from the rocks which made popping out for snacks difficult with my young children. The pool was quite cold and lots of other kids doing bombs despite the staff stating no jumping in the pool on the way in, this was in no way monitored or enforced.

I treated my kids to a special night in their first visit to a 'fancy' hotel. This was definitely a rare treat for us. As we dont take holidays often. The room was large and comfortable. We loved the big windows and the bathtub. Buffet and ala carte breakfast was excellent and a gorgeous view. The waffles were quite dry, but everything else was yummy. I particularly loved the little caramel donut bites! The pool and spa was popular with my kids. We packed in 2 swims during our one night stay.

the room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the harbour, and the bed was very comfortable, and it was so quiet, we slept like babies. The Hotel is in a great location, close to the Rocks and Circular Quay, and just a 6 minute walk for us to do the bridge climb. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the Altitude restaurant which we loved.

Pool area is quite small with not much seating available. For an indoor pool it was quite cold. Was expecting the buffet breakfast to be like other buffets where you can go back as many times as you want for hot items (bacon, eggs, hash browns etc) instead of only ordering one hot main. The hotel decor could do with a refresh. The towels were small and thin. The hotel is location on top of a hilly section of the city so if you aren’t very able-bodied then you would find it very difficult to navigate the city from its location.

The location is excellent, so close to Circular Quay and public transport (train, light rail and ferry). Bed was large, comfortable and linen was silky soft. Hydration station in lobby was handy to fill up your drink bottle.

had a drone outside our window for some time on sunday morning. Had to close blinds for privacy. Whats the use of having that view if you have to close the blinds.

The view from the hotel room and restaurant is stunning, and will definitely be the reason for us to return. the facility is a little old, the bench in the room was slightly broken, have to be careful so you don’t injure yourself, but apart from that overall had great experience.
