Lighting in bedrooms was very dim, no exhaust fan in bathroom.

Property was clean and spacious for a family. My youngest loved the games room but would have liked to play tennis but we didn’t know how to get any rackets and balls

The mattress was old and saggy. I found the written instructions from management about the need to wash dishes, put out rubbish, etc annoying and condescending. I didn't get a warm vibe from owners/staff. It seems that it is all about minimising workload (which I understand) but there didn't seem to be a genuine interest in ensuring visitors felt welcome.

The location was close to public transport, the beach and Sea Acres Rainforest.

cannot complain about anything. Accommodation was spot on.

Access to leisure for children. Beach just over the road, rainforest walk also just over the road. Staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I have not been able to relax this much and reconnect with family properly in a long time, this place will definitely help you relax and enjoy family time.

It was a sweet townhouse with everything available. It felt like we were the only ones there. Very quiet. Easy check in and check out. Close to town. The cat that came to visit each even was gorgeous and very welcoming. We loved him.

We found the narrow, spiral staircase leading upstairs to the bedroom and sole bathroom/toilet was a bit of a nuisance. Plus the large step into the shower tub was potentially quite dangerous. Not really suitable for elderly or for those with any physical issues. Being senior citizens we had to exercise caution stepping in and out of the tub.

This resort was quiet and relaxing, close to all that we needed. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Our town house was well equipped, modern and very clean.

A bit more utensils and dishware in the kitchen would have been good to cook for 4. Air conditioning in the downstairs area would be needed on hot days.

The little townhouse was really comfortable for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. It was really clean. The resort was occupied by other families. It was quiet. The pool was great and great temperature, and very easy access from our unit. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and the game area with our 7 yo girls.

There is no air conditioning down stairs, thankfully there is in both bedrooms and they did cool the unit down. It was unusually hot during our visit, so perhaps it’s not normally an issue.

Perfect for our family, our unit had enough space for us to relax comfortably. The games room, pool and bbq area was great for us. We would have loved to try out the tennis court too, it looked to be in good condition. We could go out during the day and rest and relax in the afternoons, with the kids not getting bored.

I didn’t like the winding staircase with having our two year old with us BUT that was my own fault for not looking at the photos properly when I knew it was a townhouse. Maybe a better latch on the gate at the top of the stairs would be better, and even one at the bottom of the stairs too. But without my child there, there would’ve been nothing to not like!

The location was great. The facilities were fantastic, it is so handy having a washing machine and a clothes dryer in your own rooms. The townhouse was spacious and private.

Pool needed little bit more maintenance as there were spider n leaf litter floating in it.

It was clean and well equipped. Close to all worth visiting places in port Macquarie. Some are on walking distance.
