Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Disappointing that there is no room service. I could not walk easily due to injury and it took me 40 minutes to get to the restaurant on site to pick up my meal as they would not deliver to my room.

The front door did not have a door stopper so it often slammed shut. The main bathrooms tap was missing a fitting to water gushed out. Curtains were not block out so lots of light meant early wake up.
Loved the pool and the size of the apartment. Great balcony overlooking the gardens. Direct access to a stunning beach.

We had to change room as its smelt of stale cigarette smoke. It was all a bit old and tired and could do with a good clean and some personal touches. The signs to actually get to the front door none existant so hard to find. We appreciated our room change .
Great location for the airport A beach walk and pool really good. The restaurant average and bar code order system did not work and then a queue to order food.

The only complaint was the pillows were not good, very thin and uncomfortable.

The blinds in the bedroom are not blockout and make the apartment hot, no air con in bedroom. The bbq on the top level hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like years - when I asked about it at reception they stated that it wasn’t apart of the accommodation - yet it is private and accessible- for nearly $500 a night the apartment is tired and run down

Pool area could of done with a bit of a revamp and maybe a bit more kid friendly, it was either very deep or there was the small toddler waddling pool that didnt really get used by anyone we saw while we were there.
The location was a 10/10, while the accommodation was a little on the older side and the room was basic with kitchen inclusions it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Check in was a little disappointing, as we asked if we could pay extra for an upgraded room (with a view) but was told that this was not an option as we had booked through Booking.Com. Nice way to feel like a 2nd class guest. Then got the "sales pitch" with bribes of free drinks etc which was just like we didn't feel like dealing with after a long drive to get there (we just wanted a swim and find a meal).
We enjoyed the pool and used that area a lot, along with the easy access to the beach. The bar was very good (prices and range / service) but we did not buy any of the meals available. We would have bought breakfast there had they been open during the week. Staff were receptive to our request that we stay a 3rd night, and this was sorted with minimal fuss.

I wish there were more mirrors in the room.
We like how this hotel has private beach access. The pool is nice too. We enjoyed staying at unit 1402, we had a good view, the room was spacious. Top floor so it was quiet.
