Communication was not clear at times. We were not told about the stovetop having issues or the use of the second room to resolve this. Laundry was very untidy. Not sure the last time the lint had been removed from the dryer and the room was full of dirt and leaves. Probably did not help that the door cannot close. Compendium link did not work that was sent.

Location is breathtaking in the picturesque hinterlands. Easily accessible and tidy accommodation and a great apartment for our family. Had most of the facilities and appliances/equipment needed on our getaway. Easy booking process.

Cottage numbers could be better sign posted. Lots of spider webs. Lack of milk - 2 x single serve milk is not enough. Lots of tree debit but it was windy

Unfortunately I booked this accommodation as it has a pool, only when we got there it was closed off as the pool was green.

easy to find, communication with the team was easy, found room key easy enough. Upon entering our accommodation, it was so nice and cool and smelled clean. It was everything we needed and more. Very quiet at night, except for the frogs! The beds were very comfortable.

Trees and pools really don't go well together. The pool had leaves (and bugs) constantly falling into it. The auto pool cleaner seemed to have its work cut out for it trying to stay on top of it. Also the pool depths were not marked (that I could see) and the steep and deep part went deep really quickly. Kids need to have a parent in the water and nearby them in this pool.

We spent four nights here and liked it a lot. The two bedroom unit was a generous size with good bathroom and handy kitchenette. There was a laundry next to the pool area which we didn't use but it's good to know this was available if we had needed it.

Didn't see any of the staff. Couldn't ask anything if we needed too. The board walk was a danger in the wet weather with all the leaves on it. Parking was awkward, the space near our accommodation was limited.

We were looking forward for breakfast included during our stay and went to the clouds mapleton venue site but got frustrated because it is closed . We saw a staff and were told that breakfast is only on weekends. We were hoping that breakfast will be included during weekdays stay too .

The room we stayed in had a very stained couch, I didn’t really want to sit on it. The bed sheets were also a little stained/ scratchy and uncomfortable to sleep in. The apartment wasn’t very private and you could see straight through the glass in the front door/ all the windows at that front where other guests would be walking through to get to their own appartments, not good for some one who’s working away where equipment may be visible to the public that they need to travel with. Also would not suggest taking a large vehicle in there as the car parks are not designed for large 4x4 vehicle lengths. (Park up at the reception if you have a large vehicle) Theres not a lot of turning space I had to do an Austin powers move to manoeuvre my car in and out of the parking areas

Easy to follow map, road in and out was easy. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with the things you’d need. Extra blankets were supplied. The apartment had aircon, fans and big windows for open air and light.

WiFi cut in and out so couldn't watch a movie or anything. No salt and pepper in the place. Had to provide our own toilet paper. First world issue really.

The toilet was blocking up a bit. As it was raining , the boardwalk became wet and a little slippery, so extra care was required. Also, we could only get one channel on the TV.

A second TV in the 5th bedroom would have been nice, away from kids and their parents at night. Also a coffee maker machine would have been appreciated. The second toilet door was faulty and couldn’t be closed. Bedroom windows could not be opened to let the fresh air in. Terrace needed a good clean. No aircon in the bedrooms, only in the living area. The night was very cold, 11 degrees Celsius and we were cold in the bed.

Big 5 bedrooms home great for dual family living. Open plan kitchen/family room. House placed in a nice tropical garden, well maintained. Well appointed kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Big terrace and patio with bbq.
