Everything was perfect. We loved the modern design, the spacious layout, the colour pallet of the interior, right down to the finer details. The owners definitely thought about everything. Comfortable bed, nice to have a relaxing bath, with the stunning views from the window above, watching the sun set. We enjoyed cuddling in front of the fireplace. Loved waking up to the stunning view of the mountains, and appreciate the complimentary breakfast. We highly recommend if you want to relax and enjoy the comfort, peace and time away from the city life.

If I had to nit pick the only upgrades that would make this place perfection would be adding a sink to the kitchenette so we could wash up our dishes- however you are provided with a bucket to leave the dirty dishes. The kitchen cabinetry wasn’t very practical and hard to get the kettle and toaster in and out.

Absolutely loved our stay at 10 Acres. The host has thought out every little detail from the linen to the cutlery everything was perfect and felt very luxe whilst also feeling cosy and at home! Highlights were the fireplace inside and also the outdoor fire pit with supplied wood so everything was ready to go. The bed was SO comfy and soft, the complimentary breakfast was amazing!!! ⭐️ Such a beautiful place to stay during the cooler months, perfect location only 45mins from the highway, easy parking/ easy to find. Can’t wait to return!

The mirror in the bathroom is not short people friendly haha that will be perfect if there is a full length mirror so i can check my outfit before i go out. Bathroom sink is a bit blocked. It will be excellent if there is another more hydrate body wash since the one in the bnb is way too dry for my partner and I and i am not even a dry skin. Except that, everything is just what i expected.

The room is exactly like the photo! The view is just stunning!!! I am so glad Erin prepared light breakfast for us on the day we arrived since we were starving after 1.5 hours drive. I had quality 8 hours sleep and the bed and pillow are perfect for my partner and I. I will definitely come back when i have a chance.

There were a couple of shortcomings which detracted from the overall experience. These include: the lack of hanging space, which made it challenging to organise belongings, the absence of a hairdryer, and having a full-length mirror somewhere would be fantastic. Additionally, improvements to the bathroom, such as the inclusion of an exhaust fan and more lighting options, (maybe a heat light) would enhance functionality. Further, the absence of a sink in the kitchenette area made the simple task like washing teacups in the bathroom sink a bit cumbersome.

The location of this accommodation is undoubtedly its strongest suit. Situated in a beautiful part of the world with easy access to Binna Burra. The room itself was pleasant and well-appointed and featured a comfortable bed and provided a relaxing living area to unwind. Breakfast provisions were generous.

Possibly pest control to minimise bugs? There were spider webs in the bathroom and on the back door and we had to kill a big spider in the home but I guess it is to be expected when being in nature!

Breakfast was beautiful. So nice to have a proper B&B experience with fresh produce. Beautiful styling and interior. Incredible view of sunset!

Booked the stay as a birthday present for my daughter. She loved the Bark Studio. Said it was so lovely that she would be happy to live there. Beautiful cottage and great view. Erin also catered for dietary requirements which was really appreciated and also left a bottle of wine and chocolates as a birthday gift which was a lovely touch.

The room was beautiful and designed to feel cosy and relaxing from the chunky knit blankets to the lighting, fireplace and colour choices. Lots of lovely small touches and a stunning view of the surrounding hills. As parents of 2 loud active boys we were delighted with the level of quiet!! The silence was amazing. The breakfast was lovely and the complimentary wine, delicious. Overall I would highly recommend Ten Acres 👌

Would love a long mirror

Erin goes above and beyond with everything from bath salts to GF vegan breakfasts for us! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The room was ENORMOUS and so well put together. You should definitely stay for 2 nights at minimum, it’s worth it. Absolutely everything you need to make it a destination. We loved it and will be back.
