Unfortunately as it was not a good season the hotel closed their restaurant and bar a week or two before the end of the skiing season. We were given other options at other hotels which turned out to be not very good as they were mainly catering for their own guests. This made it very difficult to obtain meals when it came to dinner.

Location was perfect as it was right on the ski slope with chair lift virtually at the door. Breakfast was well presented and plenty to choose from.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable and the ski lifts are just out the front door.

It was the end of the snow season, so a few things weren't operating, but none of that was the fault of the resort. Maybe a direct line from the resort to mother nature would be ideal :). Clearly just joking, absolutely nothing to complain about!

From the first greeting to the goodbye, it was a fantastic experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who could help us navigate our first trip to the snow with kids. Room was awesome, breakfast great variety and quality.

Location, location. location. Absolute luxury to ski-in ski-out in Perisher The staff was also super friendly and helpful!! The food was great To be honest, I was skeptical about having a quality hotel in Perisher and I was proven wrong. I will have no hesitation going back there during the ski season.

Everything was perfect!

The best location - ski in/ski out - plus our room looked out on the ski slopes! Their friendly valet service met our train at the SkiTube station and transported us and our bags to reception (all at no cost). The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet, with a king-sized bed. Free wifi. The restaurant was excellent.

Beds were not good but comfy enough after a big day on the mountain. Room was dated but comfy enough. Microwave would have been nice, as would not having to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink, haha first world problems 🤣 I was also a little disappointed with the staff only notifying me that there wasn't adequate parking a few hours before arriving and I would have to park off site, it was probably advertised adequately on their website when booking but I missed it.

All meals were superb. Staff were super friendly. Board straight from the mountain 😊

The staff didn't really know much about the tube. We couldnt get parking onsite so had to park at the tube station and we i asked about the ticket (can i get single or return) they couldnt answer my question. I couldnt tell from the website too but i would've thought reception would know the answer.

They kept checking up on us when we didn't arrive on schedule. Helped cater to delay our dinner until very late. That was super nice. For this fantastic service, I will definitely come back to stay again.

We were told we were a slim chance to have parking on site and to call on our way as we approach the site. I called all day in desperation for clarity so I could plan how to approach our short stay. The phone didn't answer and apparently I was calling reservation number, I could never know if the number was correct it's what came up on website. Anyway no parking when we arrived at 5.30 pm so we had to drive all the way back to Bullocks flat in the dark and then pay $230 dollars for both of us to travel 2ways just for the tube after I paid $58 for Parkland 3day access. So unfortunately that's was a very expensive option when I chose to stay at Perisher Hotel as I had another option with a carpark and restaurant open and slightly cheaper. Apart from that and the fact there was only 1,remote control in our 2 level apartment that didn't even work on 2 TV was also disappointing , but we didn't go for the TV but it would have been nice. Apart from that Staff Fantastic Better communication I heard to many times come 10am Monday we are locking up the doors so be ready
