Bath in main bathroom is quite high and access would be difficult for young children or anyone with mobility problems. However there is walk-in shower in ensuite.

Manager, talked to him and said I will be paying the remaining owing by cash and he said it would be fine...then the money was still taken from my account still before we got there.

We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we were in the resort. It provided an amazing view, especially the sunrises. I also had a glimpse of the sunrise from my pillow. I enjoyed hearing the waves when I was going to sleep and waking up. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. The kitchen was great, showers provided good water pressure and the executive chairs were a lovely touch to the overall interior design of the apartment. The apartment exceeded my expectations.

Not enough towels supplied for a weeks stay, no pool towels in unit. Sleeping comfort was poor. Unit 7 needs a new double mattress . also soft lounge furniture is sagging and marked - needs replacing.

Location was perfect, apartment (Unit 7) spacious and well equipped in kitchen and laundry with most things for a weeks stay, but ….Needs a chopping board !

For the price we paid ($375pn)for 6 nights the apartment was very well set out...balcony / view great but the cleanliness of apt was dirty/ showers mouldy/ found dirty tissues under bed/ dusty/cleaner gave us a blanket which was ripped and had stains all over it.... Disappointed because the pictures on line are completely different to what it looked like in real life.... Try to ring management to discuss and no answer and went to office and it was was closed...

The longe suite need to be a bit bigger to accommodate for a family to be able to sit in comfort and a large electric frypan to be able to cook for a family

The size of the unit and the proximity to restaurants and the view. It was great to have such a welled stocked kitchen of plates utensils etc

It needed a bit of a spruce. Curtains were coming off their hooks and one fan didn't work. The shower door in the ensuite didn't close properly and there was some mould on the ceiling in the main bathroom.

We loved the location. Right across from the beach which was patrolled by surf life savers. Close walk to plenty of restaurants. The Italian restaurant next door has delicious food. Lovely to wake up every morning with a view of palm trees and the beach.

Building is dated and really needs a facelift. The entrance and stairs were dingy and I was quite worried when we got there, but it was lovely in the actual unit. The front gate was also locked all the time, so you could get out unless you had the remote to the gate.

Fabulous location and views. Unit was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

humidity of Cairns is a big killer, but aircon has dry function to makeb it better. Windows are not very good at sound proof especially when the waves are big from the ocean.

room is very clean, location is brilliant and easy to find. Rooms are big. Aircon works really well, bath tub is excellent. kitchen is well equipped and has most of the things you need. Great for a longer vacation.

Was a bit confusing arriving at trinity waters and not being able to find the office, found a friendly resident who advised us we needed to pick keys up from a different location just up the road.

The washing machine broke down and it couldn’t be fixed for our whole stay so that’s a bit unfortunate. Also toilet flush pressure is on the low side so often have to flush twice.

Excellent location, fantastic ocean view. Plenty of restaurants and caffès around. The apartment has everything you needed from cooking utensils to hair dryer, washing machine for a longer stay. The pool is heated so it’s very pleasant to swim in. The place is neat and clean and we had a room service for a clean once during our stay which is a nice surprise.
