The villa needs a little TLC and I would recommend placing an aircon unit down stairs in the living room but all in all still a very pleasant stay.

The location of the villa is in a perfect spot. It is a stones throw away from the water and is very close to shops and cafes. People using the villa also have access to a very clean pool. Very good value for money.

The parking was rather difficult. The bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs. The wifi was very slow when the other rooms were all occupied.

The stairs were a little difficult at first for two 80 year olds in our group, but they felt safe with the rubber strip on the front and soon got used to them. Bedrooms are upstairs, and the toilet is downstairs, but there is plenty of lighting.

The beds are super comfortable with very soft and warm doona. We thought the amount of heating, cooling, windows and balconies fantastic. Large TV with DVD player, and DVD library was awesome. Kitchen well appointed. And a very short walk to the beach with personal car park was a bonus.

The Villa was fantastic and great value. Plenty of room, the bed super comfy, everything you needed for a short or long stay. A fabulous location within walking distance close to everything in town, IGA, pubs, cafes etc..I'll definitely stay again for sure. Thank you Honor!

The toilet is a bit small, dishes weren't clean. When I took them out from the cupboard, they were very sticky and clearly not cleaned properly. The light in the master room wasn't working. I contacted the host about this as soon as I found out the issue, and the host said she will find out the issue, but no any updates further. So, I only had the little lamp just above the bed for the entire stay.

The location was great, host was easy to contact although there isn't a reception area.

The bathroom was a bit old and could have down with a deep clean but still good.

The location was great, walking distance to shops and a couple cafes and bakeries. The villa itself was very large and spacious being two stories, lounge area below and bedrooms upstairs. Having a full kitchen with all the utensils and cookware was very handy and the size of the lounge with the tv meant we could really wind down and relax. Overall the room was very relaxing and we had a great time there.

We loved relaxing in the garden and enjoyed sunset drinks on the balcony with water glimpses. The only minor hick-up was that the pin code provided by Bookings.com was incorrect but sorted out immediately on ringing the accommodation contact phone number provided.

Description of unit was somewhat misleading. No mention of two levels and washing machine, iron and ironing board are in separate laundry building (not in unit). Bathroom and kitchen are in need of update. Hot water in shower runs out quickly.

We stayed at these villas 35 years ago and next to nothing has been updated. Villa 7needs a lot of basic maintenance done on it. Bathroom light didn't work so we had to rely on the toilet light or shower before dark. Toilet and bathroom knobs falling off. No basic pantry supplies, just almost empty salt and pepper. Small amount of dish washing liquid which didn't last our 5 days. No heating in 1 bedroom and the other bedroom reverse cycle didn't work. The screws dropped out of 2 dining chairs which were obviously cheap quality. All these things could be easily fixed and make it a more pleasant stay. Not a huge outlay and can't be put in the category of....."we've had a cyclone (2 yrs ago) and tradesmen and supplies are scarce".

The beds and linen were comfy. Nice lounge suite. Living area was spacious enough. Location excellent as within walking distance of most places in town

The property didn’t advertise as having 2 levels eg Stairs which my wife can’t climb, had to spend 2 nights on the sofa. Also needs completely re-decorating, bedrooms on the first floor, toilet on the ground floor?

Spacious, all facilities were clean, loads of hot water, plenty of equipment for cooking.

Rooms are a bit dark and walls are paper thin, so quality of sleep all depend on your neighbour - nothing the host can do about. I'd have loved to have a dishwasher, not having one at my house, this would have been a lot better to get a few days off washing. Maybe something to add.

Very good location and friendly host. The pool is clean, and once they fix up the gazebo after the cyclone and a bit of gardening it'll be fantastic.
