Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking situation. Family size car doesnt fit in garage (cant even attempt it, so dont try). 2 visitor parking spots which are also tight. Apartment cant be noisy with young kids due to open design and tiles.
Large enough for of family 4 for a couple of nights. Convenient location for our needs.

Carpet square in living area was filthy, the mugs had stains in some of them. The soap container in the ensuite fell off. Very busy noisy street. It was raining and front steps and entry were very slippery and could do with a railing.
Plenty of room, bedrooms large and good size ensuite for each bedroom. it was close to where we were were going

There is undercover parking but is tight for big cars.

The step to the laundry, we kept kicking our toe lol.
It was lovely and clean. Very spacious, actually had more room than we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the place, but found that every other place on our journey had a coffee machine, small milks, etc just to make it a bit easier in the morning.
The place was very clean and nicely presented, with massive bedrooms. It worked very well that both bedrooms have their own ensuites.

Street traffic and parking.
The apartment was very roomy and clean. There was a lot of traffic and a narrow driveway. It was a little tricky getting into the garage. Nice kitchen and really modern bathrooms. Very comfortable bed.

Lounge was a little stiff & uncomfortable.
Wonderful 2 bedroom spacious townhouse with ensuite for each room. Lovely balcony attached to main bedroom & spacious courtyard with table & BBQ for entertaining outside.

Ritw next to the highway which for country folk was really loud but was just cause we not used to that..

As the apartment is located near a main street the surrounding were a bit noisy. We had a little visitor on the wall a huge wood spider 😬 but that could of happened anyway.
The location was easy to get to with its own garage to park your car. The size of the apartment was big enough for a family of 4. The bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs and very roomy especially the 2 bathrooms nice and big. Easy check in with text sent with code to enter apartment and reception was a phone call away, I spoke to a nice lady she was very lovely I think her name was Sarah.

Nothing! Beside we have to leave .
Love this place! The property is super clean and new with all the facilities: replaceable plastic bags, kitchen with dishwashing machine, microwave, big fridge , all kitchen utensils and kettle. 2 big rooms with 2 private bathrooms, laundry machine with detergent , dryer machine, ducted air conditioning and private car park. All we need for the family are there. The kids didn’t want to leave . The staffs are very helpful to give us extra time for checking out late as we checked in late as night by driving down from Gold Coast . The quiet rooms were giving us absolutely a good rest before we drive back home. The price $291/ night but understandable for this January holiday busy time ! Really feel like home here!
