Water dripping from ceiling and windows. The bathroom was very slippery. Rooms smell not good. Carpet and beds are wet. Water comes from windows.

Hot water took 15 minutes to get hot and then was only hot for a couple minutes and went cold again. The bathroom had mould everywhere and the water pressure was absolutely terrible. There was access to internet but wouldn’t work and wasn’t even fast enough to work the tv in the room.

No fridge to store my perishables (medicine and a small amount of food). Room still smelled of paint, very noisy road outside so couldn't leave the window open. No remote for the TV which was also very dusty.

Easy location same block as the train station, clean, friendly, unlimited complimentary water and soft drinks. Complimentary toiletries. Hot and cold water sink in the room. Aircon in room, needed a clean but worked well. No dust hard surface floors. Bathroom was clean, 1 bath and 1 shower.

One window had a safety chain (second floor room) the other window over my granddaughters bed had no safety chain. She is two! She lifted the latch easily and pushed the window open. She could have fallen out. We had to move her bed from the dangerous window to put against ours. Under the beds were dust balls full of hair. There was 4 of us but only had half a roll of toilet paper at all times (stayed 3 nights). We picked the room as it had a bath, no plug. In the photos of the room I chose there was a kettle and microwave? Neither of which were provided. The handheld shower had a broken cradle so when turned on it flew out of the cradle wetting the entire room. Had to shower with a hand held the whole time. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom floor drain. I sent an email as we had numerous hospitals appointments and couldn’t make a time to talk to staff. I received no response.

We got the room that the aircon is noisy nonstop (like playing melody), the remote control is not working too.

Window wouldn’t close, therefore heard all the road noise from the very busy road the hotel is on. Kettle etc was advertised but not present, bedroom light didn’t work

Noise. Since my room window was looking to a street, it was super noisy. Mostly because of the passing motorcycles rather than cars. Prepare your earplugs, because doors on a second floor as well as Main entrance door on the 1st floor are super noisy. People seemed to ignore the manners , and were slamming doors all the time. Bathroom. Highly recommend to have your own rubber slippers for using a bathroom and toilet. The Ladies bathroom has two toilets, one bath tub and one shower stall/room(moldy), with Rain shower head ONLY(!), no Hand shower hose. Bath tub was kinda dirty, I think it’s being used for rinsing the cleaning tools (mop or etc.) Room sink . Sink has two faucets(?!), one is cold and one is hot(pretty hot) water. I was questioning myself, how people are supposed to mix them two? Wi-Fi. There was no info about Wi-Fi password on my room, so I asked the staff at the reception. Unfortunately internet is disconnecting after some time of usage (quite often), so you have to type the password again. Cockroach. During my 12 day stay, killed two cockroaches. No kettle, no microwave, no drinking water in a room or hotel floor.

As a Solo traveller, staying in Hotel for me was more comfortable than Airbnb staying inside a family. Hotel is situated Literally 2 minutes walk to a Wiley Park station. Definitely not a new building. Has a parking lot. Hotel Reception aka Bar. To enter the Hotel Facilities there is a different entrance. Super friendly and beautiful Staff!!! !!! CHECK IN is strictly from 2PM !!! Thank you to Reception ladies, for letting me to store my luggage at the bar stall. Room was just as pictured: spacious, with high ceilings, sink and wardrobe, regular sized bed, table and chair, towels and toiletries, box tissues, AC(was working okay) and TV(didn’t use). With view to the street. All rooms are on 2nd floor. If you have a heavy luggage, mind that you’ll have to carry it up by stairs. Housekeeping Lady was super caring and kind!

The air conditioner was broken and the window wouldn't open past a certain point. The shared bathroom had two stalls and one of the toilets was broken and the other was quite trashed whenever I used it. The shared shower also didn't have much hot water for what its worth

The staff were very nice and the sports bar was decent even though I didn't go there

I did NOT like that there was NO electric jug OR NO coffee & tea I did NOT like that the t.v. was mounted so high up the wall inches from the ceiling I did NOT like that the power socket was so high up the wall & with nothing to lay my phone on while charging I did NOT like that my phone charging had to dangle from the power socket
