Reception closed on arrival and departure, key in key safe. Shower head bracket non adjustable had to hold shower head to take a shower and bath extremely slippery, my wife fell whilst taking a shower, luckily didn't harm herself

During our stay we were placed in a room on the lower level. We could hear them moving furniture and shouting for a long period of time preventing us from sleeping which is not ideal after driving over from England.

The location was convienient for what we needed. The beds were really comfy! Very good value for money. Nice that the room had TVs although all channels were in another language. Map provided with keys which was handy. The self check in was really easy and makes the journey over less stressful not having to worry about reaching the hotel for a certain time.

It is rather remote: far from the city center, about 30m walking from the train station (and even further from the city center). I guess that explains the low price. Also, it offers very few facilities. You don't want to come here for a romantic night in Bruges.

The room is basic, but ok for a short stay. Probably the cheapest hotel in or around Bruges (expect hostels). If you are passing through, or if you wish to attend a football game (the stadium is within walking distance), it is well suited. It looks a lot like an American motel, so don't expect a typical hotel.

The beds were outdated. Room is needed for an update. Kinda scary to walk around in the dark. Noice from other guests

It's a motel almost on the road. But the windows face to the opposite side, so it wasn't noisy as one could expect from such a place. Some of the guests were noisy at some moments. Still felt expensive, but I unfortunately, no cheaper alternatives...

the chair in my room were in terrible condition. there was no towel in the room. it said they're eco friendly? so they limit the towel supply. we had to walk to the lobby to get more. the door to the bathroom was very rusted and creaky. i had to wake everyone up to go to the bathroom. but the staff were pretty friendly and helpful.
