There is a kettle and tea in the room, but there are only paper cups, which is not very convenient if the tea is hot. The street outside the window is noisy in the morning.

The room, like the hotel as a whole, has very nice interiors. The staff was very friendly all day. It was warm and clean. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard where birds sing.

The bed was not that comfortable and the coffee machine was not working

The hotel was exactly as per the description mentioned in booking.com. The shower was nice and the windows were big and gave a nice view of the street.

I think the wall between rooms is thin and I heard my next door talking at night.

The room was clean and had a big window. I liked that the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and many attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was fresh and nice!

The room was very small. With a baby cot there was almost no space to move around in the room. There was also no air conditioning and neither a refrigerator. The bed size is just enough for two persons.

Location was great and staff is really friendly. We asked for a fan and they provided a small table fan which worked for us. They let us use the common area refrigerator for putting baby food etc

Location, check-in procedures, cleanliness, and staff service. Additionally, before my return to my home country, I accidentally left a book in the room, and I am deeply grateful that the staff promptly confirmed its presence and sent me photographs of it.

Nothing to complaint about. Everything was good and meet our needs

Location was good. About 20 min walk to city centre. Parking just outside (on road), it felt safe and easy to pay for it. Breakfast was good, not a lot but enough to fill our needs. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean, not a lot of amenities (for those who like it). The room was very hot during the night even though the heaters were off. We left the windows opened on de second night and it was much better.

The furniture was a bit minimal and not consistent with the price asked.

Hotel is beautiful and rooms as well, only the facilities we little outdated (in comparison to each other).

The room was so small! Fine, I was only really there to sleep, but it was a little claustrophobic. I didn’t enjoy being on the top floor, with only a skylight window… and something (bird or cat, I assume) was moving around up there at night! I also heard anyone else opening their room door too well, and of course there were lots of sirens, being so centrally located. Can’t have it all, at least not for just over €100 in Brussels!

The room was a bit "empty", there wasn't really anywhere to unpack our things But since we didn't stay many nights, this can easily be overcome

the accommodation was extremely close to everything, we wanted to see was within a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff was kind and helpful.
