There was no AC, but we could have used at least a fan to make sure the heat wave in Brussels be more manageable.

The location was incredible, the access was very user friendly and the room was very clean!

There was no Air conditioner. One of the top floor resident threw cigarettes from the window which landed on the floor in front of the window. There were multiple cigarette buds on the balcony floor.

I like the setup for the room. It felt welcoming. Room and the bathroom were clean.

I understand why they don't show the bathroom pictures. It was extremely small almost impossible to take a shower. Rooms were clean but the carpet on the stairs looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.

Window into the side of another house, room above restaurant with all the noise and smell of a restaurant's air conditioning. A hotel without any personnel is just, soul-less. Mo matter what the ads say.

Digital checkin worked. Nice to have the possibility of a locker for your luggage at the day of departure. On the negative side, the unlocking did not work and I had to wiat almost half an hour for someone to come and fix it.

The room was so dirty and disgusting. There were cigarette buds under the window, the window was dirty with bird poo, there was hair on the floor, a dirty napkin, a piece of a tampon packaging and a dirty sponge on the floor when I arrived. There was no staff on site to take care of the issues. The tv, aircon and safetybox were not working. The view from the window was awful. The customer service online was not helpful.

I’m a girl and I had my first solo trip in my life, and I thought this central, modern (and quite inexpensive) hotel would be perfect for my first time. Oh boy I was wrong. First of all, the hall was dark, claustrophobic and really stinky (probably cause that old moquette wasn’t cleaned in ages) and keep in mind there’s no reception at all, so I felt alone and unsafe all the time. Not the best for a girl on her own. The room itself was nice: stylish forniture, really comfy bed and I also appreciated the free snacks and the fancy shampoo n soap, but there were some issues: 1) hot water not running from the sink 2) water leaking everywhere when showering 3) a/c and Tv not working 4) bad sewage smell coming from the toilet (I had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time) But the worst thing about the whole stay was definitely the customer care: I was initially assigned a room with NO courtains in the bathroom window; after my complaints via whatsapp they sent to my room (at 10pm, without any warning) a non english speaking man telling me he could have put some paper on the window…. He creeped me out so much I told him to fix it the morning after and we accorded for the next day around 9-10 am. No one ever came, so I tried again to reach out to someone and finally Giada was able to move me to a bigger and better room (but with no bathroom window at all this time). Also keep in mind there’s no room cleaning service (it wasn’t a problem for my 4 days stay but I’d not recommend if you’re staying more days or if you’re a couple/family). In conclusion I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I suggest the owners to focus less on the aesthetic and more on the important things.

It was an excellent experience for us. The location of the hotel is perfect. It was obvious that everything in the room had been carefully chosen. The decoration was very nice. We were very surprised when we saw all the products in the mini bar were top notch and free. We were very happy that the hotel has made its choice for shampoo and soap from Ren skincare, which we normally use with great love and trust in its ingredients. The employees were very helpful. In case of need, they help you right away. We highly recommend everyone.
