The thing I didn't like about this hotel is that Inside the room there is a long table, as long as the window, and it is fixed, obstructing the view of the street view. It separates the window from the view outside, and this is not good. The hotel owners must remove this table and replace it with a small table that is movable. Also There is also something else that hotel owners must take into consideration and keep in mind The thing I didn't like there was that the carpets were very old and not clean compared to a four-star hotel, as they call it. Thank you very much.

The thing that I loved about this place is the location, it is close to the city center, entertainment places and everything, and also the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Thank you very much.

The stopper in the hand basin in the bathroom was not working so it was difficult to wash. You need to fit it immediately.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central to all amenities ie shopping and train and metro lines.

Early check out before noon. This seems to be a trend lately amongst all hotels worldwide.

Rooms were clean and centrally located. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place Square and 15 mins to the station. The bathrooms are large and clean. Wardrobes have well lit. The staff were friendly and nice

The location is very good. We could easily get around the city by walking. The staff was also very nice, as we got many recommendations of the surrounding.

The door of the toilet posed a significant issue as it couldn't be closed entirely, compromising privacy. This lack of proper closure meant that sound and visibility weren't adequately blocked in the bathroom, which was disappointing.

The room was comfortable, with ample space and cozy bed. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee provided in the room. The hotel's location was convenient, situated near the main historical streets, making exploration easy.

The shower is very uncomfortable, don’t quite understand why it hangs so low and in the corner. The rooms is also a little bit dusty.

Pillows not very comfortable. Bathrobes not in every room only if it is superior enough. At least 2 sex shops right outside the hotel. No way to close the door quietly, depending where your room is you might hear lots of noise from the hallway

Rooms are small and the walkway at times is very narrow. Thought of having breakfast one day but the options were very limited and not worth 23 euros.

My wife found the shower and bathroom a little too small. There was also a little bit of slim in the corner bottom of the shower perhaps a more attention to detail in this area would go a long way. We were also both woken up early in the morning with a noise which sounded like a mechanical compressor or air conditioning unit it was on going until the about 6am. We didn't mentioned this on leaving because we only stayed one night.

Excellent central location and the bed mattress was fantastic. Friendly professional staff.
