Perfect location, parking area is just few yards away, surrounded by restaurants and shops, everything is walking distance including major city spots, welcoming and accommodating staff, very clean, good brand of body wash and shampoo which is important too, spotless , bathroom, the hotel smells nice. My family are satisfied and happy of this place I have chosen

we got the triple room, and while it was very spacious, there was no door in the main bathroom that can provide some decency for a triple room occupant. we had to take turns going out of the room to allow the others some privacy to bathe. also not ideal if you have kids staying in the triple room with you, which I think is the more common scenario. it also get so cold and difficult to bathe with the room open and the draft coming in, and no door to provide some form of cover. another thing is that the toilet lavatory was separated from the main bathroom without access to any bidet or sink. so we had to go into this separate cubicle for the toilet, do our business and get out of that room walk over to the bedroom and the main area to access the main bathroom and only then will we be able to wash our hands. this was not the most ergonomic and convenient for us. plus the thought of going out of the bathroom with unclean hands, it was the more difficult part of our stay in this hotel.

the location of the hotel was perfect. right in the middle of one of the squares in Brugges. so many restaurants around and close to everything. the staff are all so very nice and helpful. breakfast was cheaper here compared to eating out in nice cafes, and there are quite a lot of choices that good and filling.

The double bed was uncomfortable, small and lumpy - ok for one night but would have struggled if we had stayed longer. Biggest issue we had was noise. Was awoken at 12.30 by party in downstairs bar - very loud sound system, sounded like we were above a club. My husband had to get dressed and go downstairs to investigate twice and ring reception, rather amusingly she told us she couldn’t hear because of the music! To be fair they did stop after the second visit but it spoiled the stay a bit.

Good location, close to parking and old town. Nice room, we had the junior suite and it was spacious and big enough for our group of 4.

The single bed was not very comfortable and I think breakfast should have been included when paying €487 for 2 nights.

It was clean modern and well located. Staff were very friendly. The Kingsize bed was comfortable and the public areas were clean and modern There was plenty of storage and the toiletries were top quality. The Nepresso machine and cups were lovely and there was a fridge in the room!

There was a problem with the lock on our door which we only realised when we came back to our room and the door was open. We discussed this with the lady at reception who was very helpful.

Good location just a 10 minute walk from the main Square and 15 minutes from the train station. Nice size room, comfortable bed, lady on reception was very helpful. Good options at breakfast. Definitely recommend when travelling to Bruges for a city break.

I needed a family room, and not having a door on the bathroom was a bit of a nuisance.

The hotel was very clean and beautifully presented. The room was elegant and it was very peaceful. The breakfast was superb. The hotel was situated in a perfect location - very close to the main streets but not so close to hear any noise at night.

No bar or evening restaurant while we were there. Nothing else to dislike.

Location and cleanliness. Rooms were very modern and well presented. Hotel faces a huge square where markets and events are held. Close to a 1800 space 24-hour car park, which is the cleanest I've ever seen. Short walk to loads of resturants bars and shops. Helpful staff

Breakfast was average, staff there ignored you and didn’t fill up empty things despite it being “all you can eat”, also would’ve been nice to do an extra touch for christmas.

wasn’t the best selection of breakfast - maybe as it was quiet they had not put all the food out yet but still paying the same price our room was by the lift and some inconsiderate guests were very noisy early in the morning as they were leaving
