Only one breakfast possibility, full buffet breakfast at 20 euro or no breakfast at all. Poorly attended front desk. Check in was easy but we were not shown to our room which took us about 10 minutes to find in the large maze like complex while we struggled with our luggage. Fancy electronic kit in bedroom but no welcome customer leaflet to tell us about how to use it, or about the hotel. Large modern but characterless hotel isolated in the middle of a motorway junction, without direct access to shopping centre nearby. Only practicable access is by private car. No hotel shuttle service to Nivelles centre. Instead of kettle and supplies in bedroom there was a coffee pod machine with a small number of pods which we did not know how to use. No biscuits. No room service menu.

the room and the toilet were too small, the bed and the pillow unconfortable. There is an higway nearby so the noise is unbearable. When I waked up there wasn't any hot water and I couldn't have my shower

the restaurant was good, they serve nice food and also the service is good. They make you feel really welcome. It is a bit expensive but prices are clear on the menu.

At the front desk to ask a question, the person there did not acknowledge me - he was on the phone but as I waited, he didn't even look up so I knew that he would help me shortly.

Great hotel situated near the motorway and a shopping center, not far from the center of Nivelles. Staff was very kind and friendly. The room was excellent; comfortable and with direct access to the external swimming pool

Receptionist initiated a phone call when I was actually stood at reception then checked his mobile phone before serving me. The free mini bar was disappointing, consisting of only soft drinks. Sadly this was not specified when booking. The room wasn’t booked because of the mini bar but it would have been nice for it to have been a little more complete. The room had an unpleasant smell to it, the picture on the wall was hanging at an angle, and there was a magazine on the floor. I think the cleaning had been rushed.

The room was very warm, airconditioning was centrally turned off. The hotel was super busy and overcrowded, front desk staff were unfriendly and tried to rush the check-in.

The room was spacious and clean + the beds were comfortable.

The staff were incredibly unfriendly. They looked annoyed when we we asked questions and they didn't speak English very well. They also told us the restaurant was full when we saw many open tables. We had to walk across the street to the mall for dinner and it was awful. Our room was also very hot. We tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn't work.

The pool and wellness facilities were amazing. The room was comfortable.

It was already late and we've been traveling all the day. When at the property, they gave us a room number and key, but the bedroom was already occupied. We came back to the reception, they gave us another room number and it was also dirty/previous occupied. The hotel system is confusing and I felt it was not organized at all.

It is right by a Tesla Supercharger, and it was really convenient because we were on a road trip. Cleanliness is also fine.

The late check out was at 2:30pm Which means you pay 25euros more for like 2h. I arrived lated the day before so I wanted to use the time to rest, yet I was I had cleaning staff entering in my room not once but twice. Besides that I was not allowed to use the swimming pool after the check out time which is possible most times in other hotels, so I ended up not using at all. The was ok but all and all a great disappointment and not worth the money.
