The building is old and needs some maintenance. You can see that from the stairwells, the elevator and even the doors. In the bathroom there was small pieces of plaster and paint falling from the ceiling, probably because of a water defect in the above apartment. Guess there are different types of rooms there but ours was just basic, not like most of the photos but was ok, well equipped and very spacious. The mattress though had to be changed years now.

Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk to the sea and 100m to the bus station. Nice pool, kids loved it. Restaurant in the hotel and other places nearby. Has parking places, although not many and you may block someone, or be blocked by other car, but as soon as there is a free parking space they call you to move it. So, they have control of the situation.

in a room was strange smell, bathroom doors were from glass (not very confident about it), location far away from sunny beatch (on foot) but the bus stop is front of hotel. we have been 12/09-13/09, many things didn't work around.

Not very clean. We wiped a few drops of sun cream that had fallen on the floor and the wet wipe we used came out black. We stayed for 5 nights, the room was only cleaned once and only because we requested it. That was also the only time when the garbage was taken out. We had to go down to the reception and ask for a new toilet paper roll, as it was never resupplied. The AC is very old and broke after the first night. The manager was prompt in fixing it, but even after this it struggled to lower the temperature in the room (it never went below 26°C, even after hours of running and being set at 22°C). The shower did not drain the first 2 days, but the manager helped us with this as well. It could be a great place to stay with these few improvements.

Spatious studio with a big balcony with sea view, comfortable bed, great positioning close to the beach. Free parking in front of the hotel. Although we did not use it, the pool seemed very nice. Nice little restaurant in front of the hotel, with good food, kind staff and 10% discount for hotel guests. One of the receptionists, the one who spoke English, was really friendly and helpful. The manager was helpful as well, once we got past the language barrier.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Everything was close, the beach, many shops, downtown. The hotel had everything we needed, swimming pool, bar, shop, etc... The apartment was spacious, well-equipped.

It’s very close to Cacao Beach. Like 6 min by foot. The place isn’t anything special but is clean and tidy. It wasn’t noisy so perfect to rest and party close by

The stove is not working and there are no cooking appliances, so we had to cancel our plans to cook. Apartment was not the cleanest.

Great location, very close to the beach. Great value. The hostess was very friendly and helped with everything we needed. A bar near the pool is very convenient.

The parking around the hotel is terrible, there were almost no spots available and you have to wait for someone to move their car in order to park. It is advertised that they have free parking, which is true, but it is a horrible experience if you are planning to move around by car. Upon arrival the only free spot was behind the hotel, where there were many cars back to back. The girl from the reception was helpful, as she called a person blocking the entrance to move his car in order for us to park. The entrance is very narrow and going through it is a hassle as well, upon entry I damaged the side of my car, which upon arrival on your vacation is not a pleasant experience. For the rest of the vacation moving by car was impossible, as we had to call different people to move their cars in order to get the car out. As one might expect, people were on the beach and were not willing to come back to move their cars. Aside from this upon arrival we found out that the room we reserved was given to someone else. The girl from the reception was nice enough to call the owner to sort this out. The owner came after about an hour but nothing was changed. In order to ensure our reservation we were informed that we had to call to request a specific room if we wanted it. This was our second year staying here and last year there were no such issues for the same room. The room we were given was passable, but there were many issues inside. Half of the things did not work. We had two AC's of which the one in the bedroom did not work at all. They had placed a fan in that room, sadly it did not work as well. The TV in the bedroom did not work as well. In short there is not place for these unworking items in the bedroom, they are just taking up space. They were at least 20 years old as well. The living room was nice and big it had all the needed commodities in the kitchen as well. The issue with the kitchen was that the absorber for the smoke was not working.

The hotel was a five minute walk from the beach. There were many 24/7 food stands and supermarkets nearby. It is in the quieter part of Sunny beach, which is good if you are looking to rest. The hotel owner is very helpful. We did not have a clothes drying rack and it was brought within the hour.

In the apartment we stayed it was always a bad smell, whenever I had to close the windows, the smell was horrible, nobody cleaned the apartment or changed the towels, or replaced the toilet paper till I ask them to do that, the garden door only had a handle on the inside, from outside I couldn’t close it when my baby was sleeping, he had to hear every noise from outside, the apartment entrance was from the back of the hotel, there was no other way, and on the description of the hotel they don’t even say that you have to go out of the hotel, go around it then go to your entrance etc. There was many others hotels around which seemed more nice and even more cheaper, because I had some friends staying at the hotel in front of this. So avoid this hotel if you don’t want to start your holiday with a big headache

there were some hard parting guests which didn't let us sleep (they were hearable both when around the pool during the night and through the walls when inside their rooms. good we stayed only one night.

the room included a parking place, which is rear and difficult to get in the area. the hotel is very close to the beach. even it is an old hoetl and no renovation was done for a long time, the ladies do great job with cleaning and keeping it tide.
