During our trip the weather was not so good therefore we spent a lot of time in the interior premises. Some elevators need repairs (due to some strange vibration) The shower at the sauna was not functional (water was closed) The pool table need repairs. Kids playground was not opened. Overall needs more attention on maintenance of equipments and also to add more facility for interior activities, when tourist go off season.

Large room, clean, good size bathroom. Food was good, diversity Interior swiming pool was proper, clean water, accesibile for kids. I like the evening small entertainment organized by the hotel staff. We enjoy the tree climbing activity.

Great place with extremelly spacious rooms, a place where the concept “All Inclusive” stands out:the food it’s available all day long, the most important place in the building(the bar, ofcourse) also available till midnight with a wide variaty of drinks for everyone; guarded underground parking and loads of things to do inside & outside of the hotel plus everyone was so attentive(starting with the ppl from reception, bar & dinning area too). Every night around 20.30 they’ve had a 30’ show for kids(dancing&singing) where after 21.00 the adults show came into action and you would’ve been entertain by the host till almost midnight. Strongly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage and we would gladly return here with pleasure.

A little bit uncomfortable for us was that the towel reception worked until 18:30 and the pool worked to 20:00. And if you go to swim after 18:30, you cannot get a towel. Another thing is the working time of the sauna - it is working until 18:00. May be the hotel management may think about another working time.

We had a big room with sea view, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good amenities. All the staff were very kind and polite. The food was good and it had a good variety.

This hotel needs to up it's game in the food department. Only a few dishes lots of deep fried things and cheap sweets.

The facilities and overall hotel were great. Indoor pool was heated so perfect for rainy days. Also the staff was amazing.

The food in your main restaurant was not good at all, and I recommend you to hire a good cook, but the rest of the services and the atmosphere of the hotel were excellent.

The hotel's beach is small, although with good sand. Paid parking at a 5-star hotel. The main pool a bit crowded sometimes.

The pool table was broke. The ice football was broke. Only ping pong working. They should upgrade the games room. The hotel is old, and you can see that. It does not disturb so much, but a renovation is needed.

The food is very good and diverse. Some of them repeat from day to day, but there are also types that are new. We had 2 rooms: 1 of them daily cleaning, one of them not everyday cleaning. Large rooms, nice sea view, daily shows/concerts. We found enough spaces on the beach and at pool, though we stayed in September, maybe in august/July will be hard. Underground secured parking.

Nothing I can recall, maybe the polish tourists that were sometimes noisy or drunk. Food in the LEVEL restaurant somewhat repetitive but very good. The free internet connection in the room very weak & slow.

This was our 2nd visit. 1st one was in 2007 (?) when the hotel was still Kempinsky, I could notice a clear diversification in the hotel's entertainment offering (waterpark with slides, LEVEL pool) Room size and cleanliness, The sea view. Access to the LEVEL lounge and pool, The service in the LEVEL restaurant. Speed of free internet in the LEVEL lounge. (in the room internet connection was poor)

The cleaning lady doesn't know what privacy is. She entered directly in the room and she didn't wait for permission. The elevators are breaking regulary which in turn makes the waiting time too much. One the elevators is shaking pretty much. Also 2 drinks were charged even if we didn't drink them. Finally we didn't pay them explaining the situation at the reception.

I didn't like the fact that a very rude romanian lady cut me off in the like of giving back the towels and the man who was working there did nothing about it. Yes it's about education and clearly that woman was without manners but anyway... I was with my 2 young children btw and she was very proud of herself that she two has one child, not a good example. There were a lot of people smoking even though you cannot do this in the area where children are playing at the pool and there is also a sign, but nobody said anything. There was a lot of food, but some types were not that good.

I liked the view from the room, very nice. It was quiet, this is a hotel that really has soundproof rooms. The room was cleaned everyday

There are no free places on the beach if you are coming after 10. The beach's size and capacity are not fit for the number of guests. The same for the restaurant - is not clean enough in the time of peak hours, and personnel cannot handle the number of people in peak hours. The breakfast takeaway box that we got on the day of leaving was awful! Not tasty, not enough. Fruits in restaurant are not represented according to the standards of 5 stars.

The location is excellent. Personal is very responsive, and helped with all our requests. Facilities, room, design, external design, view - all were very good and did the impression. Thanks for the excellent vacation!

Big rooms and very nice view from the sea view room balcony, especially if you want to see the sun rising above the water. Quality food and plenty of everything. No mosquitos. Nice sandy beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

The WiFi was poor most of the time.

The room was clean and spacious with a good sea view. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beach was close by. We had all inclusive so all meals were excellent. Good variety of freshly cooked food everyday.

In the bathroom smelled like piss, the ventilation was the problem in my opinion. Everything looks old and outdated. For me its not a 5 star hotel, lets say 4 max.

The armchair that one of my kids had to sleep in was very small. Some of the facilities there where not available although presented in the package. The Al Dente restaurant , where you need to make a reservation is way under the Level one. Cleaning in the room is questionable.

The Level Package is a nice touch as you can acces the heated pool outside. Aldo the good at the Level Restaurant is pretty decent And covers of variety of tastes. The bed was very nice and comfortable. Nice variety of pools. Enjoyed also the indoor pool, perfect when the weather is not nice.
