The room is very small, the beds are not comfortable, the staff is chatting on the hallway at 7 am, the toilet was leaking on the floor, there are no shower gels, we ran out of toilet paper and we found some quality ones on the hallway from the cleaning tools and later on when we came back from the beach they changed the toilet paper with a cheap one🙈

we booked all inclusive and 5 days out off 7 there ran out of vodka this was not only on a night time but during the day as well, also we were unable to have a cup of tea on a morning constantly told no tea bag’s finished.

BUT if you have a car the car park was full for our entire stay it is a nightmare is you go with a car there. So was the food and beverages for all inclusive. Give a little extra but make sure your stay is worth it.

Parking space too many cars on so little space and there wasn’t WiFi available at the room, towels were changed 4th day, a lot of people during meal time, too many people at the pool and the beach so you have to wake up very early in the morning in order to find free space, overall good value to the money

Went all inclusive, food was disgraceful, very poor and lack of variety, 3 days in row food was same for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we ate out 6 days of our 7 day trip. Ice creams were available for two hours after breakfast and two hours after lunch. Drinks were in small plastic cups. Staff must really dislike their job as not one would crack a smile even when spoken to. The only friendly staff member was the bar man at the pool bar. No atmosphere in hotel. Kids club charge for ever activity except the kids disco.

The food needs an upgrade. The lunch and dinner were almost identical, with a little variations. The typical bulgarian, or turkish spices were prominent in almost every dish. The alcohol is also very strong, and poor quality, also the drinks were okayish. Overall good for the money.

It was right at the seaside, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were discreet.

The food was very disgusting, they did not change the food. It was the same meals everyday. And it stinks bad.

The food was almost the same every day and everything tastes the same like a weird specific condiment. They kept our id cards at the reception the entire vacantion. They didn't change out towels in our entire staying. The bathroom has no hair dryer. The drinks are diluted with water. I paid the wifi and because I needed to use it both on my laptop and my phone, I should pay it for both of my devices, I mean, I paid the wifi twice.

The pool was nice. The room was comfortable.

Incompetent staff, they charged me again even though i already payed upfront online when i asked for the invoice they asked me for my credit card and charged again. The food was under avarage, same things everyday, nothing for the kids, alcoholic drinks awful.

The food was horrible! They had the same garnish, only rise(half cooked, half not) every lunch and dinner for three or four days. You had nothing to offer your child to eat. No diversity at all, for five days staying there. Too bad, because the hotel was ok regarding the cleaning and the location. They shouldn’t sell “all inclusive”

every evening the food is the same. We stayed for 3 nights and they served leftovers from lunch for 3 nights. Parking and beach are paid. The staff cleaning the rooms was very rude. Although our check out time was 12 on the last day, when we returned to our room at 10 am after breakfast, they locked our door and were very rude to us when we told them to open it.
